It's too bad that one can only find The Mill in Lincoln, NE, for it's a local business. I never thought I could find great coffee and deliciously prepared scones, muffins, sandwiches, croissants in the middle of Nebraska. The Mill is also quite spacious, so there is a table for everyone. Service was spotless. Ambience absolutely inviting and cozy. If... More

It's always pleasurable to spend a couple of hours with friends at The Mill. Coffee and atmosphere are good. No nonsense. Just a comfortable place to relax and enjoy the coffee and conversation.

I love going to The Mill. Not only is the atmosphere comfortable (wood floors, old brick walls, huge windows, lots of plants), but the coffee is great. They also serve a variety of pastries, candies and have bulk coffee and tea (and brewing accessories) for purchase. You can sit out on what used to be the dock of an old... More

Just stopped in for pick me ups to go. Wish we could have hung out longer. Great variety of coffee, lattes, hot and cold beverages. Amazing selection of loose leaf teas. I had the Creole Lait, it was perfect and took me back to New Orleans. If you like chicory, you will love it! Can't wait to go back!

If you need to study or work, this is the place. Many seating areas, wifi, and casual atmosphere allow you to focus. Want to meet with or catch up with friends? The Mill is great for that, too. How about a first date. Yeah, nice. Best of all is the great, knowledgable staff who will help you choose from the... More

It's nice to sit out on the porch and watch the Haymarket go by. I like their decaf Toddy (cafe latte, cold brewed) and the price is reasonable.

You can't go wrong at the Mill. If you're a fan of brewed coffee- custom coffee drinks or even brand to take home... All of them are double thumbs up. Even if you're craving a unique piece of candy/cookie or a local treat. They have it. Plus the local feel is awesome.

The coffee here is pretty good, served in a relaxed atmosphere. Surprisingly, for the quality of the coffee and being in the heart of the Haymarket, the place is never packed, and you can generally find a place to sit easily. All of the staff are helpful and friendly, happily giving suggestions when asked.
