First time out here and the food was great. The Crab Ragoons were freshly made for a really great appetizer. The Chicken Chille Pot was really great I'm not a big fan of mushrooms but the mushrooms were nicely soaked in with the broth and it was really good. I will definitely be coming back some time.

I have not had a bad meal here as of yet! Food and service are fantastic. They have both Japanese and Chinese cuisine. Prices are fair.

We are traveling and saw the reviews and stopped for dinner. It was one of the better Chinese meals we have ever had. Service was friendly and quick. I wish the little Chinese restaurant we have was half as good. By the way, we had chicken cashew, dumplings and sushi rolls. They also have a full bar.

I've enjoyed lunch several times at Perfect Diner and both the food and service were good. My favorite was an hibachi plate - fresh and tasty, which has been dropped from the menu, but they still offer plenty of good Chinese and some Japanese dishes and sushi.
I recently had dinner there with family and the experience was disappointingly different. Our server had trouble understanding what we were ordering but we placed our order, which included soup, pad Thai and an appetizer and five sushi rolls as well as drinks. Soft drinks arrived but we had to remind him about the beer after a lengthy wait. Appetizers arrived fine, then soup. Sometime later, my pad Thai arrived. But no sign of sushi and no explanation. By then, our table was filled with empty plates and bowls so we finally got up and stacked them on a nearby table. Clearing the table or refilling our water didn't happen.
I finished my pad Thai and we were still waiting for sushi to arrive. It began arriving a plate at a time over about 5-10 minutes. One roll was not what we ordered so that went back to get remade. Eventually, a gentleman came to our table and told us the sushi should have been served on one large plate. We certainly agreed but explained we didn't have control over that.
The sushi was OK. Not the best in town but generous servings and everyone had plenty to eat. The pad Thai serving was huge. It tasted a bit different than I've had elsewhere but was fine. The egg drop soup had a somewhat oily flavor, definitely wouldn't order that again.
Overall, the food was adequate, not exceptional but certainly edible. The service, however, was really disjointed and poor. Every place has an off night but this was notably poor.

The food in this place was very good and traditional, especially their spicy dish which is my favorite. And rich was put into one container to keep it warm. I will be back definitely.

When this new building went up the back sided of it looked OK, but nothing that made me want to try it out. Friends were in town today and we decided to try it... and now I am kicking myself for not trying it sooner. The food was really good and the dishes they used seemed better than many such places. A VERY clean feel to the place. (It helps that they built it) My friends picked up the tab so I didn't check the prices closely.
They have 3 larger TV's that I remember seeing... turned to sports events, which I personally had not seen in this type of a restaurant.
I will be going back!

We came here as a group of 15 for lunch. We made the reservation a day ahead, and put in our orders at that time so we would be able to sit down and start eating quickly. When we arrived, the staff were flexible and accommodating with us as we figured out the seating arrangement. They served our drinks quickly, and the food also came out right away. Nearly everything tasted pretty darn good, but our favorite was Mongolian Beef. The staff even came outside to take a group picture for us upon our request. We like this place a lot!

Nice atmosphere, friendly service, large menu. I love the thai milk tea and the decor. The food is average, I haven't ventured much into the menu just what I comfortable with.

Had Friday evening dinner with friends. Seated right away in the fairly new restaurant, nice decor and an interesting bubble window as you enter. Staff was very attentive and our food arrived quicky. We had sushi and crab rangoon as appetizers, our entrees were a mixture of Thai and Chinese dishes, plenty of food with enough to take home for lunch. Careful you do not miss the building, it is just south of Cornhusker on N 27th (west side of Street).

First of all I love sushi and in the current climate of gas station sushi and buffets its easy to think you either don't like it or ewww. This place is so yummy and the selections of sushi rolls is very diverse. Well prepared and presented in a visually pleasing way. They have good bubble tea and bento for those who do not like sushi (ya right) For the novice it may be good to know that Sushi for Two is served on a large wooden boat.... no point in trying to be inconspicuous or trying to go to this place on the DL. Also there is a bar but I have not drank at this place but it looks nice. If you are not sure what you may like to try ask the wait staff. they are very accommodating. The restaurant us new and clean and feels nice to come in and eat.

The four of us enjoy Chinese food, so we chose Perfect Diner for dinner. Among the dishes we enjoyed were Mongolian Beef, General Tsao's Chicken, Mixed Vegetables, Sesame Chicken, Kung Pao Chicken, Pork Dumpings, Crab Rangoon, and Fried Rice. Everything was tasty and the Mongolian Beef was particularly excellent. Service was attentive without being obtrusive. We plan to visit again soon.
