Our FAVORITE place for Japanese food. Easy to find, it's on the main road way. The interior is nice and cozy. The staff is polite, friendly, patient, and so nice. They even have a wonderful staff who makes the amazing food and drinks. It is definitely worth th drive for us from Kansas to eat here. The miso soup is so amazing, and so is the iced Thai tea. The calamari is good, but I do prefer the veggie tempura. I LOVE that you can get 2 different sizes of miso soup to go also. The sashimi is absolutely amazing. They also have sushi options and hibachi. The hibachi is very good as well, but we prefer the sashimi. They offer dessert as well. They even have drink options of saki and beers from Japan. This is definitely our favorite place to eat. It is worth the visit alone just to try it,you won't regret it.

Honestly my favorite place to go to now fantastic atmosphere, the price on the mark food tasted amazing my mind was blown away by how great tasting the food was highly recomended to go if haven't yet.

We were craving a steak so we decided to try this restaurant. When we ordered our dinners, we did not get asked how we liked our steaks. They came well done. The portions were a little small, the server looked like she was mad and one of our guests couldn't eat all her meal as the chicken was slimy in appearance and texture.

Okay I wasn't expecting much do to location. But after I ordered I was happy I stopped. Worth every penny. Sushi rolls was amazing definitely can compete. Service was good it wasn't busy but don't see why. Maybe a Wednesday night. I do suggest you try it if your not traveling far to a sushi place.

Went as a family and the only thing that was decent was the steak in the bento box.... we wanted to like it but no.... I’d suggest skipping it all together... we ordered sushi, bento box and hibachi.... I wouldn’t recommend any of it. Staff was friendly but not knowledgeable about anything.

This may appear to be a hibachi restaurant first, and their hibachi is certainly good, but their sushi is the best available. I have had a good deal of their sushi, over 10 styles on various visits, and it is certainly the reason I keep going back.

Love the food, it's fun to try new things. Hastings has a lot of fast food options but not much else. Ninja is a wonderful addition to Hastings. Great food, I haven't found anything that I didn't like. Wonderful service as well. Can't wait to go back.

Our entrees were good, but the lobster rangoon was overcooked. The inside was the usual delicious treat, but the rangoon points were hard and difficult to swallow. I asked for new ones or to have them taken off my bill. Instead, the waiter was adamant that I could only get two newly prepared ones, and that there would be no compensation for the poor quality. Later he brought two rangoons out, but they were likewise burned, and were likely the same two we had sent back.
Our service was also mediocre at best. I sat with an empty water glass the rest of the meal, and the waiter would not pick up our payment sleeves. After waiting about 10 minutes, we took our own over to the cash register.
We won't be back soon.

Hastings Nebraska is dominated by fast food. FInding an interesting place to eat can be a challenge. We enjoyed our meal at Ninja Steak and Sushi House very much. 3 of us had the hibachi shrimp, a generous serving of shrimp and perfectly cooked vegetables, served with rice. Service was very good, food was ready quickly.

We have been coming to Hastings for the Adams County Fair for several years, and just found Ninja this time! Very good! The Lobster Ragoons were the best I’ve ever had! Service was good too!
We’ll definitely come back!
