St Andrews Pub, just across the road from the St Andrews Market, is the place to be on a leisurely Saturday afternoon. In summer there’s the large shaded deck and in winter, the massive fireplace with the bespoke, carved wooden mantle piece that you HAVE...More

I have been Coming to this hotel for more than 30 years. Many new owners // managers. We had a double celebration last weekend. The bush and historical feel never leaves this hotel. A very nice menu. Extensive bar. All 10 of us had great...More

The hotel has just recently ungone a refit and reopening with new local owners. This has brought back the vibe, atmosphere, live music, good beer, wine selection, food and excellent friendly crowds. There are large verandahs with seating back(one has beautiful trees as shade) and...More

I’d always thought of this pub as being iconic and decided to visit. Hearing it had been recently taken over I expected decent pub grub prepared well and some good live music. Instead I got below average food and a radio blasting in my ear...More

Visited the pub after hearing new management had taken over. Was not disappointed. Great food, great atmosphere and great staff. This place is now the "Goto" for many locals as other local establishments are now falling way behind in standards. A complete turn around.

Called in for a beer after a day walk in the area. Totally empty and no draught beer, and also no coffee. Once was a great pub with great live music now empty and sad

We thought we would treat ourselves to a pub lunch, unfortunately the menu was limited so I settled on the Fish and Chips which was not up to the usual standard. Overall I was very disappointed in the food so I probably won't be going...More

Great menu and service. Always love this rustic hotel that I have been to for 30 or more years. Be early on Saturdays because the market over the road is really busy.
