This was our second or third stop-over at the Two-Bit; the draw for Mr B being that they have Cold Smoke Scotch Ale on tap, which is, as far as he's concerned, the nectar of the Brew Gods. The bar menu is heavy on beef and pork and slim on salads; nevertheless, the salad we ordered with our chicken strips... More

Our poor waitress was serving the entire restaurant admirably when we were there, along with the single man running the grill. The food was solid and I was so impressed at how well the two of them handled the extremely full restaurant.

This is a start/stop on one of the prettiest loops you can make anywhere and incorporates Ennis, Virginia City, Twin Bridges, Sheridan etc But save lunch or dinner for here The burgers are outstanding Everything is made in house and fresh and perfect They brag about their chicken but, as Dizzy Dean used to say, "It ain't braggin' if you... We had a great meal here after reading Tripadvisor reports alrhough we were somewhat deterred by the outside appearance. The waitress was very good, she made us feel welcome. 2 of us had burger with fries and 2 had half chicken with baked potatoes and an additional salad to share. Food was freshly prepared, hot and tasted good. I'm happy... More

This was a convenient en route late lunch stop. The food was alright but it took a very long time to appear and it is not a good answer for staff to mention afterwards that they only have a small grill. It would have been far fairer to explain up front how long we might have been kept waiting.

We ate here at the suggestion of the front desk guy at the Rodeway Inn. My husband ordered a ribeye. It was sourced from local beef, cooked perfectly and absolutely delicious! I had the Porkchop John sandwich (it's a must have if you stop in anywhere close to Butte). I had hand cut fries and my husband had the homemade... More

I stopped by after a long day of work and received prompt service. The burger was very good, the homemade fries were excellent. The wait staff was very friendly and I would definitely go back.

We were driving from Butte to Lewis and Clark Caverns and stopped here for lunch. Delicious hamburgers, great turkey sandwich, homemade chips. Definitely recommend.

I ate at the Two Bit Saloon while in town for work, as it was right down the street from my hotel. It was a Saturday night and the place was packed with locals. We sat outside on the patio, as it was a gorgeous night, and had it all to ourselves. Our server was attentive and kind. As far... More

We had a burger and chicken strips..both were very good. I would get a burger if I went again...it was cooked to perfection-fresh bun-delicious. The fries were fresh cut and wonderful. The service was friendly and quick. This is a good place to eat in Whitehall.
