Pescado Blanco: Mountain Mexican KitchenThe cuisine we are creating is not like the typical Mexican fare you may have had before. We gather our culinary style from a geographical region extending from Southern Mexico to Northern Montana developing a unique mountain Mexican fusion. All of our menu items are handmade from the fresh salsas to the hand-pressed tortillas. This restaurant is about using fresh, local, seasonal ingredients and blending flavors and the cultures.

This is a casual place serving fresh, well prepared & presented food. The enchiladas were especially tasty, and not smothered so you could enjoy all the ingredients. My companion had the Carne Asada tacos and was also very satisfied. The dining room was simple but very welcoming and warm on a winter night. Our waitress was efficient, friendly, and attentive.... Went craving Mexican food but shocked by prices. 22 dollars for 2 small veges enchiladas. Salad 12 dollars. Really. So bill almost 100.00 for veges salad and dip. Could have gone to #1 restaurant. Should have gone to #1.

We ordered from here during an evening when we stayed in. The chicken enchilada was average at best. I picked the food up and found the restaurant to be fairly bland in decor and overall appeal and was glad that we didn't decide to dress up and eat here. It's more of a causal dining spot. The portions are huge... More

We made reservations for what we hoped was a great meal to celebrate a birthday. We were disappointed when they only brought one small basket of chips for 7 adults. Waitress promised to bring another but we had to flag down someone else to take care of it. Homemade corn tortillas were excellent but the pinto beans were undercooked and... More

Pescado Blanco (Whitefish in Spanish). Just a little off the beaten track in downtown, but food was very good and authentic. Nice wine list. Our server, Maria, was very pleasant and talkative about her journey from the Ukraine to two years in Whistler, BC before coming to Whitefish. Tip her well. She was very sweet. Local elk and bison fused... More

Best Nachos anywhere! Rest of the menu is also excellent. A must place to dinner while in the Flathead Valley.

Our experience here was great. It was a busy night but we had reservations so our table was ready for us when we got there. Service was quick. Our chips, salsa and drinks were on the table within minutes of sitting down. The kitchen has an open window and you can see its really small but the Chef was cranking... More

Amazing food compared to all the other options in Whitefish. Definitely be back for the one of the fresh fish items on the menu. Has a unique and local feeling that I love!

I'm from Texas so I tend to be a bit picky about Mexican food but we really did enjoy this restaurant. Great setting and not overly crowded in Oct. The food was flavorful and there were plenty of vegetarian options. Especially liked the salsa and chips.
