Chicken Caesar Salad was very lightly dressed and chicken was extremely dry. My husbands burger was good and juicy but the fries should not have been served. They were unseasoned and cooked in a very nasty oil. Sent them back but no one asked why

Ate here on first night in town for a week-long trip to Yellowstone and area. Definitely wasn't expecting this meal, kabobs were awesome. Not much of a selection for plain eaters so if you can't handle something that doesn't look like McDonalds don't eat here, could be a challenge to feed small kids that are picky. It was a little... I heard the radio ad as I was approaching Yellowstone and was lured in by the idea of a buffalo burger which turned out to be so overcooked that it might as well have been fast food. I'm glad I didn't order the $25+ dollar menu items. Having to wait over 30 minutes for a poorly cooked meal was an... More

We ate dinner here in June 2016. It has new owners and the food is much better than it used to be. My son had the salmon and really liked it, I had a Caesar Salad with chicken and it was delicious. It is kind of a small space and there was a large tour group eating while we were... More

We stopped here after a long day in the park. Server was nice and quick for being the only one there. We all had kabobs, one pork, one beef, and one bacon wrapped scallops. Bacon could have been cooked just a little more but still good. Everything seemed to be cooked a little more on the healthier side which was... More

We had dinner couple of night ago here and we really loved the atmosphere. It was quiet, away from main rush street. Service was very attentive and food tasted great. We had buffalo rib eye and steak salad and it was cooked just right. If you are looking to have great dinner and avoid huge crowds and waiting lists here... More

First, the good news. The service was reasonably good. They might be catching a break here, since there were only three tables of diners when we were there. The food, however, was mediocre at best. My entree(salmon) wasn't too bad. It was a bit overcooked, but that's pretty common. My real complaint was a vegetable medley served with the salmon.... More

My husband was interested in tasting some elk, but wasn't interested in an elk burger. We saw 406 Geyser's menu at our hotel that listed an elk tenderloin entree. Of course, he wanted to try it, so off we went to 406 Geyser. The waitress/owner recommended how to have it cooked since she mentioned it was a tough meat. Anyway,... More

I was surprised at this little restaurant. It was very small and intimate and the food was packed with flavor. I got the French Dip and it was delicious. Just make sure if you need to split the check you let them know up front!

Like Julie Ann S, we thought we'd give them a try despite the reviews. $85 later we regretted our decision. Ribeye was the worst cut of meat we've ever seen; it was gray in color, full of gristle and a 1/2" thick. Beef kabobs were OK but 2 of the pieces of meat were mostly fat - for $28, it... More
