This is probably the best breakfast we had on our trip to the Yellowstone area. The pancakes were tasty. The restaurant is not fancy but food was well prepared.

Nothing fancy. Just good food and service. Broad menu. Wish we’d had time to visit more than once so I could try something else.

The breakfast we had here was good. We thought it was a bit pricey, but most things in West Yellowstone are.

I was doing a small job in the park and had to stay in West Yellowstone. The morning I started the job, I couldn't find anywhere that was open that I could get breakfast, except this place. I had to get moving so I ordered...2 cinnamon rolls to take with me. They fixed me up, I go to the job with a little time to spare, they were so big, I could only eat half of one cinnamon roll, served hot with butter, yum.More

We walked in and were told we would have a 10-15 minute wait. As we were walking back to the car Another couple came in and were seated immediately. WHY!!! It was just the two of us too. When FINALLY got seated it was 20...minutes for them to take our order. It’s been over an hour since we got here still no food. DO NOT COME UNLESS YOU HAVE AN HOUR TO GET YOUR FOOD. MY RECOMMENDATION IS SKIP IT AND GO TO PARK! Not worth the hassle Finally got the food and IT WAS COLD. Yummy cold eggs my favorite and so worth the aggravation. Horrible experience all around.More

We ate breakfast here on three mornings, expect to wait unless you arrive early. Very large breakfast menu. Breakfast was served in an average amount of time by a courteous, experienced, wait staff. Portions were not super-sized, but filling. the food quality was very appetizing...and flavorful.More

I would agree with recent reviews of this restaurant. Service and food were very good. Tables were distanced and staff wore masks but here COVID guidelines stopped. Although the front door clearly states that masks are required, I witnessed two separate couples and a family...of five be allowed to enter and be seated without them - nor did them have them on their person. One of the couples was seated several tables away from us and when they left, I noticed that the table and chairs were not wiped down - just dishes cleared - Disappointing.More

Food was great and they went over and above to do us a favor. The details aren’t important but the staff really helped us plus our breakfast was terrific. The Running Bear is conveniently located in town and we easily found a place nearby to...park our 25-foot RV while we picked up the order. We highly recommend the Running Bear Pancake House.More

Wonderful breakfast, as we were leaving Yellowstone. There was quite a selection to choose from, although we stayed with traditional bacon/sausage and eggs. Covid protocol followed with 6 ft distance between tables, and all staff wearing masks. Our waitress made sure my husband's coffee cup...was always full...he was thrilled! Highly recommend breakfast here. They also have boxed lunches, which sounded wonderful!More

We ate at this restaurant two times and liked the various breakfast selections found on the menu. Prices were reasonable and the food good. Wait staff was friendly and attentive to our needs. We would certainly recommend this restaurant to anyone wanting a hardy breakfast.

Old Faithful is 30 miles from West Yellowstone. Drive time depends on traffic and animals.
