We were not greatly impressed by their Covid response or service. The food was alright but nothing exceptional. We were there on their final day and several items were unavailable. We can hope that when they reopen things will be back to normal.
I ate here two nights, I had a taco salad the first night, it was good, served in a fried tortilla shell with salad dressing. The following night I had a bacon cheese burger, that was one of the best burgers I have had in...a long time, you won't be disappointed in the burger.More
We were there the week the Timberline was scheduled to close for the season. We appreciated that the Timberline is open early for breakfast so we could head into the park early. They were out of alot of items since it was the end of...the season but that did not effect the breakfast menu very much. The breakfast sandwich was very good!More
The pesto for $17 had very little sauce, the turkey open faced sandwich was pretty tasteless. The food is MEH and to top it off the booths are smashed together. No social distancing at all.
Do yourself a favor and go to Running Bear Pancake House - better service and MUCH better food at a more affordable rate. We ate at Timberline Cafe our first day here and had the worst service and the food wasn’t served hot. They were...not busy.More
Stopped in one night for dinner. Service was okay had to wait awhile for the server to come back to get refills on drinks once we good food. Had a taco salad it was good prices were responsible.
We got take out for dinner one night and breakfast one morning. Both meals were delicious. The young lady who took our orders on the phone was sweet and courteous. Food was well packaged and hot when we ate it in the hotel.
After visiting the Grizzly & Wolf Discovery Center, it was time for a quick bite for lunch before exploring Yellowstone National Park. Timberline was just west of the turn to the park. The vibe was warm, rustic, and welcoming. The service was friendly and prompt....We split the Turkey Club and it was a delight. The only downer was the limited list of wine options.More
