Those is one of my favorite restaurants in town. Is has food for almost anyone. They make great GF bread and desserts. Their customer service is great and they are willing to make substitutions to for your dietary needs.

Really delicious soups. Mostly panini sandwiches. Homemade crackers and vegetable skewers. Gourmet muffins. Great change from hamburgers and fries.

One of our favotrite pkaces in Plains. WhIle not regularly open for dinner, there are occasional special evening events. Everything is homemade and lcoally sourced when possible. Delicious pastries, cheesecake, loaf bread, sandwiches, soups. There is almost always a gluten free option or two as...More

I think it was Cathy/Kathy who greeted us so happily that started a very good day. Breakfast choices limited, BUT both super. And coffee (serve yourself) great. Met a group of the locals, who have coffee mugs on a shelf with their names...another very different...More

Traveling through Plains and looking for some breakfast and good coffee, this place looked intriguing. It is a combination lunch counter/deli/coffee and baked goods place, inside a store with yarn, clothing, and toys. There were a few varieties of panini breakfast sandwiches, and I chose...More

I have to disagree with some reviewers...the wait isn't that bad. We had the chopped salad, and it was great, as was the coffee. Where can you buy 2 great coffees for $3.00? Definitely not Starbucks. I will say the place is hard to find...More

The service was extremely slow! It was over 1.5 hrs for a simple lunch. We ended up taking it to go because our lunch break was well over by the time the food was done. Food was good but not worth the wait.

Great coffee and panini sandwiches, soups and salads too! Fresh ingredients and hometown flavor make this an excellent place to grab a coffee, a treat or some lunch.
