Our last night in Missoula we went there and glad we did! A family member asked what I was hungry for and I said Italian food. It was the best Alfredo I have ever had!

We celebrated a birthday here and the staff were very friendly. The owner or manager visited every table. The food was excellent and the servings were generous. My nephew got a free birthday dessert (lemon mascarpone cake with huckleberry sauce, excellent). I wish I lived in Missoula so I could eat here again!

Nice restaurant with excellent food. We started with the antipasto dish. It was huge and outstanding. It jad pickled veggies, three kinds of cheese, three kinds of salami, mushrooms and nread toast. Then we split a pasta dish that was an alfredo with prosciutto. It was very rich. Service was great. Try this place it is on an interesting neighborhood... More

Always busy. Great friendly service. Food was fantastic! Wine selections, first rate. Downstairs seating for large groups, but fun atmosphere.

Staff reseated us after overhearing mild complaint about uncomfortable benches. Food was very good. My pasta bolognaise had a dollop of riccata cheese on top, very tasty. Other dishes also very good.

Food was great and staff was nice, despite me being of 1 of s large group of 12. Very good. Waitress and hostess were both very polite. Good beer and vegetarian selections. Portions are not too large or too small.

Have visited Ciao Mambo on several occasions, but this time was definitely not as good as our previous visits. It was unusually loud - which included the background music. Our entrees, the eggplant and the manicotti, were tasty, but more garlic-heavy than usual. Likewise for the bread. The typically flavorful dishes were almost overwhelmed by it, leaving nothing but the... More

I visit Missoula every Memorial Day for a conference. This is the first time staying in downtown, so my group and I had different hotel options. From the welcoming atmosphere to the exceptional staff (especially Shelby), Ciao Mambo quickly became a favorite. (In fact, one of our group gave such a great tip that her credit card company contacted her!... More

Food is generally good. Loud noisy atmosphere. Not a good place for conversational dining. Not only loud but 50's music, in an Italian restaurant???? For $2K in accoustic tiles, this place could be transformed.

We enjoyed the food and the happy buzz of this restaurant. Both of our dinners were top notch. The service was friendly and efficient, just what we needed after a day on the interstate.
