The restaurant has a very warm and inviting atmosphere. We were promptly greeted. The restaurant has a main level and upstairs. We had chosen the upstairs. We had another couple joining us for dinner. The restaurant serves Beer and Wine. The Wine List had a nice selection of wines at reasonable pricing. We started out with Escargot, which was very... I don't eat out a lot but when I do, I want it to be something special. This was really tasty food, well served, in a great atmosphere.

Stopped over in Missoula on the way to Glacier National and found this little place to eat in. It is on an offstreet near the University of Montana. On the way there we had to dodge 2016 hippies driving cars with half naked coeds and their beaus riding on the car hoods. Of course there was the prerequisite college town... More

Both my wife and I had filet mignon - mine was with green peppercorn, and hers with a port wine or similar sauce. We both concluded that the fillets were okay, but not especially tender. At these prices (high) we expected better. The ambience was especially good - tables well spaced, nicely lit, with balcony setting. Our server had a... More

We have been here many times for birthdays and anniversaries and always the food, service and atmosphere is excellent. We enjoy the food and they have a very good wine list. Oh, and dessert is excellent, too. Highly recommended.

I had the good fortune of eating at the Pearl Cafe with a group of people so it was possible to share appetizers and taste other entrees. Everything was truly special. The waiter told us that the restaurant specializes in charcuterie and yes it was delicious. I order the duck for my dinner and it was cooked perfectly. Everyone left... More

Visited based on Trip Advisor listing & was not disappointed. Laura was knowledgable, helpful & attentive. The bison, trout & halibut were excellent along with the meat tray appetizer & three deserts. Friendly, welcoming staff.

First there is Pearl! She was welcoming and set the mood. Very Hospitable. The ambience is fantastic. This is the place to Dazzle, as it is probably the most elegant restaurant in Missoula. The staff was very efficient and professional and the service did not disappoint. At first, I was somewhat disappointed, as I expected true French Bouillabase on the... More

Chef-owned and operated, Pearl Cafe is an aptly named jewel of a restaurant serving regional cuisine with a country French accent. The massive beams and peach toned bricks of the historic warehouse provide a warm and inviting atmosphere. Specialties include bison with huckleberry-zinfandel sauce, duckling with dried cherries and pomegranate sauce and beef tenderloin with port and Roquefort. Fresh fish dishes change daily and local products are used whenever possible. The menu is rounded out with a variety of appetizers, soups and salads, house made bread and a list of sinfully delicious desserts. The restaurant serves wine and beer, with a list of 15 wines by the glass, local draft beer, a broad selection of half bottles and over 100 full bottles.
