If you are looking for something off the beaten path as far as fare goes, you must stop here. Great location downtown with excellent food. Low lighting so if you use cheaters bring them. It can also be a little noisy at times if the place is full. Those are my only "criticisms" of this place. Food and wine list... More

We stopped in here in 2015 and it was so good that several of us returned last month on a bicycle ride. I had a seafood mixed grill and my wife had salmon. Each was excellent as I recalled. A standout is the service. We rode into Missoula on a Friday afternoon and I called the cafe for reservations. They... More

We often take out-of-town guests here for dinner - the menu is varied enough that there is a choice for every diner, yet each plate is prepared so well you will all want to trade bites!!

The Peal Cafe is an exquisite place to dine. The menu is delightful and the chefs are amazing. It is located downtown Missoula looking out on Caras Park. Very relaxing place to dine.

Pearl Cafe is amazing. The food, the service, the ambiance. Everything I ate was memorable. I had the salmon for dinner and enjoyed every morsel. Even my side salad was so good I cleaned my plate. We shared desserts and all were amazing. I can't recommend this place highly enough!

This dining experience stood out on top of all our dining for our week long tour of the Northwest. Service was excellent, attentive, but never over-bearing. Rockfish dinner and Rabbit dinner were over the top good. Great wine list. We had the Flower pinot noir.

We arrange our 25th anniverasy here. The smoked trout appetizer is always a perfection, the "just grilled" trout was excellent in tast but a little too salted( so the 4 and 5 points...), the lemon tart with huckleberries more than good... the californian "champagne" was delicious( and not only because offered.) and the white wine fom the russian valley perfect..... We arrived early, without a reservation on a week night and were seated immediately. We dined in leisure and had the best appetizers, drinks and dinner we could have ever wanted. Our waiter was remarkable. He gave us just enough time to linger over the escargot and our dinners, with time enough to enjoy every bite. Cuisine was fantastic!

The restaurant has a very warm and inviting atmosphere. We were promptly greeted. The restaurant has a main level and upstairs. We had chosen the upstairs. We had another couple joining us for dinner. The restaurant serves Beer and Wine. The Wine List had a nice selection of wines at reasonable pricing. We started out with Escargot, which was very... I don't eat out a lot but when I do, I want it to be something special. This was really tasty food, well served, in a great atmosphere.

Chef-owned and operated, Pearl Cafe is an aptly named jewel of a restaurant serving regional cuisine with a country French accent. The massive beams and peach toned bricks of the historic warehouse provide a warm and inviting atmosphere. Specialties include bison with huckleberry-zinfandel sauce, duckling with dried cherries and pomegranate sauce and beef tenderloin with port and Roquefort. Fresh fish dishes change daily and local products are used whenever possible. The menu is rounded out with a variety of appetizers, soups and salads, house made bread and a list of sinfully delicious desserts. The restaurant serves wine and beer, with a list of 15 wines by the glass, local draft beer, a broad selection of half bottles and over 100 full bottles.
