We found ourselves here for a dinner while in town. We were pleasantly surprised by the atmosphere (it had a antique feel) and the service was great. Had the famous chicken dinner, and it met all expectations. The place was nice and quiet, which made...More

The Shack was a pretty good place to go for breakfast. The Huevos Rancheros looked very nice and tasted good. Service wasn’t great, but acceptable. Prices were a bit steep. I liked the place and would return, but wasn’t “WOWED” by it...

The food is always good. The entire vibe of the place is eclectic. Prices are a bit higher than other cafes but the laid back feel of the place is worth the difference.

We never miss breakfast at the Shack when in town. Very friendly and efficient service. Good food if a little pricey. Guess you have to pay for the beautiful old building ambiance.
