This is a great spot for lots of different kinds of food. Everyone we have taken there has enjoyed their meals.

Great meal and craft beers. I had the pub filets which were very tender and cooked perfectly. Spouse had a tasty burger. Great service from Blake. Parking is pay but not costly
Baked Brie Salad! To die for! Hands down the best salad i have ever had! My husband had the bison burger. No wait to sit on the deck. The waiter was very accommodating and moved our table to a spot we preferred. Nice that the...shade could be lowered and still did not ruin the view. We commented on the amount of food as well that others were receiving. Again, the salad that I had was fantastic and a very good amount. The beers were tasty and went well with our meal.More
Highly recommended by some friends. We had dinner there first then our friends showed up for drinks. Food was excellent. My husband said the burger was delicious. I snuck some of his fries (and kept sneaking more because they were so good). I had the...Mac-n-Cheese (Mac and cheese with bacon). Yummy! It needed more cheese but since it was hot I just stirred it up (sliced fresh cheese on top). Perfect! The beer was good! I had the cherry lime seltzer (so good that I had two). Those could be dangerous on a hot day!! Everyone else had the Hat Trick IPA (very good) and the Sip ‘N Go Naked (very very good…another “I can drink this all day long” dangerous kind of beers). 😊 We will definitely come back. Sat outside on the downstairs patio (seat yourself downstairs).More
Big place! We liked the wakeboard wheat, bear bottom blonde, and the sip n go naked. My husband who likes ipa’s got the big drift hazy. We had the Mac n cheese and Fish n chips. Both delicious.
Great ice cold draft beers. I also had the pork quesadillas. Too much food so that I took half home for dinner another night. I got there late afternoon and sat outside. Conveniently it was happy hour so my food and drinks were cheaper. Great...service and the beer was good as well. Definitely be back when I am in townMore
Awesome Beer and Food! We sat at the bar and had drinks and dinner. Great service and a fun atmosphere A+ Our first time. But not our last :)
Great service, beer and food. Easily accommodated our family and made our visit to Missoula on our way through town very enjoyable.
We love stopping here after a ski day at Blacktail! The beer is always cold and delicious. Seems as though there is a new seasonal beer to try every time we stop and we have never been disappointed. We shared a bunch of appetizers and...couldn't finish them because there was so much amazing food. Have cheered for Lanny since the '70's and the only thing that would make it better would be to see him there!More
Recommended by our hotel. Very busy establishment. Inviting decor and professional waitstaff. Both our dishes were barely room temp. Bacon was rubber and cold. Eggs benedict eggs were over poached and had shell in them. Biscuits and gravy had a great bicuit but cold. Sausage...gravy had alot of sage, good sausage, but dezperately lackrd salt and pepper. Server took $10 off our ticket for eating a mouthful of egg shell.More
We’ve been traveling for more than 2 weeks and this was the best meal we’ve had! And, by far, the best value meal we’ve had. My salad was super fresh and the sockeye salmon was moist and tasty. My husband had the pork burrito. It...was huge and delicious. Got two more meals out of it. Plus, the bartender was super friendly and attentive. Beer was great, too!More
Cool place, beer is decent, service was friendly but poor. Had to get our own silverware from the servers stand, beer glasses sat empty way too long, forgot parts of the order. Food was hit or miss with more misses than hits. Chips and guc....plain...unsalted chios with a guac that had so much red onion in it that is all you could taste. Montanan pizza....could be good but ours came out soggy. Brie Chicken....that cook loves onions. Bland dry chicken. Big sky burger was good. Mac and cheese sure could use more cheese. Lots of other better places to go.More
Cute cute place with great friendly service. I had the French dip which was one of the best I ever had. Hubby had the Big Sky burger and he loved it. Beer was good, and I loved the beer batter fries. If you’re hungry check...this place out.More
Beer was good, my husband got the filet with fries and really enjoyed it except for the Gorgonzola on the fries. He ate my fries instead. I had the buffalo tacos. They were just ok, would have been much better if served in smaller tortillas...and they gave you 3 small instead of two large that were hard to eat because they fell apart. Meat tasted ok nothing spectacular.More
I consider myself an expert on biscuits and gravy. In most restaurants they cut a small biscuit in half and cover it with white gravy with a little ground beef mixed in. Not at the Tamarack. The biscuit is large like a baseball and a...little crunchy. The gravy is the best I've ever tasted. My wife dislikes biscuits and gravy but she fell in love with the Tamarack's B and G.More
