This is my favorite spot of a good cup of coffee. They have delicious goodies also. The service is always happy and friendly. The building inside is brick and has a very warm feeling. Brought our friends from Portland here once and now every time they go through Missoula, they always pull in for a cup of coffee at Break!

At Break Espresso in Missoula, Montana- you can find amazing pies and teas or coffees at great prices. Two cups of outstanding Huckleberry tea and one slice of triple berry pie and one orange role cost about as much as two small lattes at the nearest Starbucks. Definitely a must if your stopping by this mountain town.

This bakery/coffee shop occupies a cavernous, high ceiling, brick walled spot in downtown Missoula. The day of my visit the place was full of students from nearby universities studying and chatting in what is a very pleasant space. Service was slow, but the selection of baked goods was impressive. I chose to order a cup of the cafe's drip coffee... More

Large brick walled space that still feels very cozy. The staff has an earthy, hipster feel and were very friendly. Pastries are yummy and the wireless is well used.

Love this spot! Spent a long weekend in Missoula while on vacation, and practically lived at Break in the afternoons. Very spacious - high volume of tables and chairs. Great for reading, studying, or conversation. LOVED the shortbread cookie and hot apple cider!

Normally I am a cappuccino fan but yesterday and today I went for the drip coffee at Break Espresso. The coffee both times were very flavorful and a hint of nuttiness. Today I also got one of their baked goodies. I went for an orange cinnamon roll and it was sooooo good and probably sooooo bad for me. Oh well,... More

This is a cool old building and if you get here early enough there are plenty of pastries and other things to choose from. The food is good but the service is gruff. Get coffee elsewhere because it just takes forever to get anything other than a plain cup of coffee. It is often hard to find a seat as... More

Cool building but that's where it ends. Very poor customer service! Seems the girls at the counter don't like their jobs. Coffee was ok, pastries were dry. Too many other choices in this town, go try one of those.

Stopped here on a daylong drive from Yellowstone to Seattle. My boyfriend had stopped here when he had made the trip across country a few years ago and remembered this place. Great atmosphere inside...I would have thought this place would have been found in Brooklyn, NY. The chai was delicious and made to perfection. We took some pastries and cookies... More
