I just love everything about this place. The service was fast and friendly. My porterhouse steak was cooked just right. It was served with loaded baked potato and mushrooms for my steak. I had the mud pie for dessert. The portion of pie was huge...but I could not resist finishing every last bite.More
It is great to hear that you enjoyed, Harold! Thank you for sharing your feedback with us. We hope that we will see you again soon!
We went there for our anniversary dinner and enjoyed it very much. It is a large log cabin with maybe 20 foot ceilings. The tables were spread apart, probably more than 10 to 15 feet, so eating without a mask on didn't bother us one...bit. They treated us right, especially for our anniversary.More

Nice atmosphere, great service and good food. Prices were a little high for what you got. Mixed drinks very small and priced high.
Thanks for sharing your honest opinion! We are happy to hear that you enjoyed our food and service and we hope this means we will be seeing you all back again soon!
Some of the best steak around. And a real Montana lodge atmosphere. It's one big room so it can get loud. And they serve veggies when you sit down.
Hey there! Thanks for the great rating. We are thrilled to hear you had a five-star experience dining with us and look forward to seeing you again soon in the near future!
Great place to dine in the Bitterroot Valley. Steaks cooked perfect, prompt friendly service, and a great selection of beer, wine and cocktails. What more can you ask for. Defiantly will be back.
Hi Charlie, thanks for the five stars! We continuously strive to provide both excellent food and service and always love to see when our guests feel that we've fulfilled just that! Hope to see you again soon! 😊
Went on Labor Day weekend, about a 45 minute wait but worth it! Went up to the Distillery overlooking the valley (same owners) and we had the $5 special: Huckleberry vodka and lemonade or something...very tasty!!!! When our table was ready we took the "shuttle"...down the hill to the restaurant. I had the filet and my son (bottomless pit) had the Missoula steak, 16 oz! The steaks came out exactly as ordered, incredibly tender, needing no add'l seasoning or, gulp!, A-1 sauce! Sides were tasty and more than enough food to fill one up. What is extra special about this place is the AMBIENCE: log cabin warmth, Western decor, lots of great taxidermy, especially the three wolves taking down the elk! Beautiful, authentic scene. Great place to take out of town guests!!!!!More

We went here for our 45th anniversary, and the night before we left to come home. They have some different drinks from their distillery. We shared the steak and lobster dinner. They split the dinner for us, with no problem or extra charge. Most importantly,...for me, they allowed my small service dog to come into the restaurant with no problem. That means a lot to me. The lobster was good and the steak was tender enough for me to chew it and enjoy a few bites. Which is a rare treat for me. The service was wonderful and everyone was very nice and friendly I tried a couple of the drinks they make special in their distillery They were interesting and tasty. They gave us a free dessert to celebrate our anniversary. A rare treat anymore. We went a second time night before leaving to come home. We had the steak and lobster again because it happened to be their special for that night. I ordered a huckleberry margarita that night and they didn't bother to tell me they add jalapeno juice to it. It tasted funny to me, but I drank it and suffered with the runs for a couple of days. They need to warn people if they're going to pull stuff like that. We also tried their smoked salmon and Brie appetizer. It was okay, but not as good as we thought it would be. We also bought a bottle of their special Honey Huckleberry vodka from the distillery. We didn't eat there, but it looks like they offer meals there also. Overall it was wonderful and we enjoyed ourselves so much. They just need to warn people if they plan on adding extras to the drinks or food. The restrooms are clean, the staff is wonderful, the restaurant is clean and it's a very popular place to goMore

When we got to Hamilton & ask where to go for a good steak a local resident told us its worth the drive to the Lolo Creek Steakhouse & we are so happy we went! My wife, daughter & I feel like these are some...of the best steaks we've ever eaten. GREAT taste & you did NOT need a knife to cut them! The interior of the log cabin resturant is a true western setting & the staff made you feel right at home. Do not miss the oppurtunity to dine here if you are anywhere in the area & enjoy a good steak!More
It is so great to hear that you and your family enjoyed your visit with us! We hope to see you again soon!
Staying in the local area, this restaurant came highly recommended and did not disappoint. It is a steakhouse - simply put - with a full service bar that has all manner of seasonal concoctions. It is also tied to a distillery tasting room a short...walk up the hill. Our steaks were great, the service friendly and excellent, and the desert far larger and better than we needed or expected. We will be making a point of including the Lolo Creek Steakhouse as part of our future visits to the area.More
