To be fair, we were warned by the locals that the service was slow. BUT, we waited 1 hour and 20 minutes for our food. That's got to be a record. The food was good and the atmosphere is nice.

This small cafe looked and felt so good as I entered ... what could go wrong? Well ... waiting an hour for food is one thing. Forty minutes after I'd placed my order, when the customers seated 3 minutes before had finished eating and those seated after me were getting their food, I asked my server how long till I... More

If I'm going to have breakfast I want a good breakfast with good strong coffee! The No Sweat Cafe served my favorite coffee (Montana Coffee Traders) and was a great spot for a hearty breakfast. I had a simple fruit bowl because we've been eating heavy the last couple of evenings and their fruit bowl was REALLY NICE- pineapple, ripe... More

I'm still amazed that people line up for okay food at a place that treats its customers like an afterthought. Snooty, slow, and slothful.

Locals love it. Maybe if the staff recognize you you get quicker service. I just order toast and coffee. Hard to put too much salt on coffee. Otherwise, the food is ordinary with cutsie titles. And often too salty.

We walked in as they were closing at 2 pm on Sunday afternoon and were encouraged to stay for breakfast. Even though they were at the end of their workday the staff was willing to discuss menu options and favorite dishes. We didn't feel rushed, and enjoyed excellent coffee (Montana Coffee Traders) while waiting for our huevos rancheros. The wait... More

This place is something else, and not in a good way. Let me start by saying that they will scold you for having your cell phone out. Not talking on your cell phone, but just having it sitting on the table. In addition, they do not accept credit cards, serve you water (you have get up and get it yourself... More

The old hippies still love this gathering place but the food is not good the service is friendly but slow. I literally have brought snacks to eat because I knew it would be forever to get my order served. Who wants to wait for breakfast? Did I say the coffee is bad? If not, the coffee is bad. On the... It was very crowded so the wait for the food was long, but it was worth it. The fresh squeezed orange juice, hot chocolate, huevos rancheros Guadeloupe and Tibetan toad were great. Seats could be more comfortable in booths with cushions.

Every time I've gone to this place, the person I'm with raves about the restaurant, but I don't see it. The food is just average. It is always busy though so I guess a lot of people really like it. I find the food just average.
