The Yellowstone Mine was busy but our projected 20 minute wait was only 10 minutes. The wine list included enough by-the-glass choices, all between $6 and $9. My salad was large with plenty of tomatoes, cucumber and big chunks of Blue Cheese. The baked potatoes were tasty and warm enough to melt the butter & sour cream. My half-rack of... More

Oh my word, this place was terrible. I don't know why they get so much traffic, but don't let it fool you. My sister and I tried the salmon, and it was extremely overcooked. I choked down half of it and got sick later on. The rice was tough with no flavor, and the vegetables--I swear they might be a... More

Nobody goes to Gardiner for the food, and by Gardiner standards this is a good place for dinner - we went there twice. On the first night I had the rainbow trout almondine - a big piece of fish with a decent baked potato. The veggie that night was canned baby corn - not so much. But I chose the... More

Went here because breakfast was included with the Best Western stay. A new server of potatoes was ice cold! How do you do that? Ran out of plates. When they came, here was a big smear of ketchup on the top of a plate. Pancakes appeared hot but would not even melt the butter when placed on a cold plate.... More

Stayed in Gardiner, Mt. for 6 days in June and had our first meal here. Out of five of us the best meal was a Child's fish meal. I had ribs that were so tuff they were hard to eat. My wife had salmon which she stated was not good and she loves salmon. She stated it didn't taste like... More

We just stopped in here for dessert and a drink. The main restaurant was packed so we went to the back bar area and had fun! The bar tender is a real Montana cowboy and we were able to speak with locals also enjoying s drink. The bar stools are fun! There is a big Price Is Right type of... More

Ate dinner here our first night in Gardiner .... Had their Ribeye special. The steak was cooked just as we ask (Med), the potatoe was good but the steamed veggies were only warmed through .... Still hard and crunchy. The wait staff was very friendly, but it was a bit distracting that 3 of the waitress were gathered near the... More

Several items on the menu looked good The next night the menu had changed and there were few selections ,BBQ Ribs, two burgers, a couple chicken options, one Salad, and Prime Rib. After seeing the fellow at the next table send his prime rib back two time, I... More
