We were told by a couple people to check this place out. Very disappointed, brisket was flavorless and the "brisket sauce" was also.

It was busy and we had to wait but it was worth it!! Excellent food! The server Chris was quiet at first but opened up after we interacted a bit. The gal at the front desk was awesome and so very nice! Great experience!

Came to visit Gardiner because we had been here 5 years ago and knew this was a good place to eat quite a variety of food to choose from. The food was still good and the decor of the building is western (wildlife). Our service was not so great but I feel they were short on staff and our order... More

When visiting out west we wanted to try some BBQ and this place did not disappoint. In fact, it was probably the best meal of our trip. It's hard to please everyone in a family of five, but we all enjoyed our lunches! If you're entering Yellowstone through the north entrance, be sure to stop at Cowboy's first!

Basic food, burgers/sandwiches,which was good. Seemed popular with locals as well as visitors. Centrally located in the middle on Gardiner

After a full day at Yellow Stone and being close to "well done," (it was 95 degrees) we were more than delighted with the coolness of the air. So refreshing. However, the atmosphere was warm & friendly, the service prompt & our food was delicious!! The Elk burger is delicious!! Go, enjoy!!!! I recommend it!!!

Food was good. Prices are what you would expect for being right outside Yellowstone. Very nice atmosphere.

Gardiner restaurants can be very busy during the summer. This restaurant allowed us to make reservations which we appreciated for our party of 7. We also appreciated the fact that they employed fluent English speaking people who knew what was going on. This was not the case when calling or ordering from other establishments. Food was good, a little high... More

First of all my food came out cold. My version is BBQ Ribs means ribs with BBQ sauce not a seasoning wiped on the ribs. Husband had a Philly cheese steak and it was OK. Way to expensive for all the more food you got.

The food was good. The service was a little slow. We did not have to wait to be seated. It was a friendly place. Clean and looked nice
