On the Grand Tour of the Bozeman area when we stopped by this bar. Great food and beer so check it out next time you are in Ennis. Had the pulled pork sandwich....excellent.

We always spend time at the Gravel Bar when in Ennis. It is a great place to find out what happened on the river as a lot of fisherman and guides stop for a drink at the end of the day. The food is good...I love the smoked tout pizza ( you really need to try it). The staff is... More

This is my favorite post-race place to get a meal. They have an excellent assortment of local brews, great patio seating, and a good menu selection with variety. I only wish I could try the whole menu.

Delicious food at a very good price. I had the hot pastrami sandwich which came with hand cut fries. So good. Local Montana beers on tap that equally delicious.

Stopped by for a beer. This is a typical local pub with friendly staff and patrons. We ordered their Smoked trout pizza because it sounded intriguing. Think 'flat bread'. It was so delicious, we came back the next evening for dinner. Their food is definitely a cut above the usual pub grub.

Service was friendly and good. A little slow getting food due to what looked like a large takeout order but not an issue. Had the fish & fries w/Coleslaw. Fish and slaw were good. Also had a Caesar salad and the dressing was very good. The restaurant is attached to a bar.

Customer Service was poor. The waiter was grumpy when we wanted a glass of water instead of a beer and then the service got worse. Even though the place wasn't busy, he was slow to take our order and then it took "forever" before our simple sandwich was prepared. The sandwich was soggy and the fries were cold and a... More

Had a business lunch here in April. The atmosphere is okay: woody, and comfortable booths and a bar. Fine, but not particularly impressive. Service was also okay. Attentive enough, courteous enough. But again, not outstanding. My food (cheeseburger) was fine. Tasty enough. But pricey. There was no problem with anything. I got a decent meal. But there wasn't anything that... More

You can always count on good food and service at the Gravel Bar. We were passing through Ennis on a blustery Saturday afternoon and stopped at the GB for a quick bite. Nicely prepared and generous portions of Pastrami an Brisket sandwiches, fried and nachos. Accompanied with cold IPAs, we enjoyed a fine lunch. At 1PM the GB was not... More

Stopped in on our way to Bozeman from Yellowstone. Had a really interesting smoked trout pizza. When I ordered I was skeptical but the pizza was delicious! My husband fell in love with the Cold Smoke Scotch Ale on tap. I would recommend for anyone who wants a good meal in Ennis. Service was brisk but competent.
