Don't expect fine dining at Whistle Stop and Luna's, both very similar in types of meals and prices. The menu is simple; menu is limited. We saw the sign. ..best Huckleberry Pie..had to find out..so, it was a take out of 2 pieces...the crust was a wonderful, light and flavorful creation..and the pie was crammed with luscious berries...in all their glory. Oh my, what pie!

We ate here 3 different times on our 4 days stay in East Glacier! The breakfast was fantastic! I had the deep fried stuffed French Toast and it was super! My boyfriend had an omelet and it was fantastic as well. We decided on evening to go back for pie, we each ordered a piece and when we finished my... More

We had a late lunch here. Our waitress was very friendly and efficient. I had the burger, my husband had a chicken sandwich. Both were really good. We took 2 slices of Huckleberry Pie with us to eat later ~ they were delicious!

Menu includes omelettes with unique ingredients such as smoked salmon, or asparagus with nice presentations including a dollop of sour cream (wish we would have know that since some of our party don't care for it). We were disappointed in the stuffed French toast. Not what we were expecting... More

Leaving the Park for Kalispell, we opted to stop here for breakfast. Good choice! The baked oatmeal is especially good!

Breakfast was great. I wish I would have tried it for dinner instead of the local Mexican place. Live and learn I suppose.

This was our introduction to The Whistle Stop just something simple, a hamburger and a chili dog. Wow were we in for a surprise. Both came hanging off the plate with homemade potato chips. Next morning I had a spanish omelet. Unbelievable good. Now we are coming back for dinner. I had two beef ribs and german potato soup. (I... More
