Food is good, staff friendly. Breakfast was very good. Burgers are good too. Really only good food in town.

Our visit may have been affected by the fact that we showed up after tourist season, but there's a lot of competition in this town that did a better job. Breakfast is traditional American comfort food, the inside space is very cramped, and there's one tiny little bathroom that serves the entire place. The outside seating may have been better,... Great comfort food, homemade pies looked delicious. Crowded and limited seating. If it's warm there is a nice patio area. Even with a long wait they do a good job of getting people seated and served. Not a lot of great eating options in town, so we are there twice. Loved baked potato dinner for a smaller entree.

We came here because the other side of town was without water and all the other restaurants were closed but we were both glad we did. They were busy but we were seated quickly and the help was very efficient. The food was good and served quickly. Small inside so you felt you were eating with everyone else but that... More

There aren't a lot of nice dining choices in and around Glacier National Park. One late afternoon we decided to stop here to eat, when GTTS road was closed due to snow at higher elevations, since we were driving from the Grinnell Glacier hike back to West Glacier. The food was good, with choices for my vegetarian daughter too. We... More

Conveniently located next door to Brownies Hostel, our choice for dinner was a "no-brainer". The menu is diverse but I decided on a Portobello mushroom sandwich and was not disappointed. My buddy selected one of the specials..BBQ sandwich. We topped it off with a glass of HUCKLEBERRY wine! No room for dessert! What a great ending to our first evening... More

After two poor choices at the neighboring Luna's, we tried the Whistle Stop. Much better.................The food was great and the selections were more appetizing. The servers were personable and quick. The only reason I didn't give it a 5 star is because it's a pretty cramped place with some low ceilings . But this place is definitely a find for... More

Delicious omelettes and other breakfast items. Unlike many small town greasy spoons, this little restaurant had exceptionally good breakfast foods, and excellent coffee. It is a short walk from Glacier Park Lodge.
