We stopped here after trying several other restaurants. This was the only place that served trout at lunch time which I was looking for. It was very busy and there seemed to not be enough staff serving. My trout was very average, a bit overcooked and not that tasty. My husband's meal was chili and it was not good. We... More

We stopped here to eat after navigating Beartooth Pass. It looks much better from the outside than in. The menu is average, probably more suited for an evening meal rather than lunch. Prices tend to be a little high in my opinion.

Small town tourist dining with higher quality options other than bar food. Small but friendly dining spot on way to or from Yellowstone or Beartooth Pass. One night while just passing through they helped us with a medical emergency so we went back the next day to dine there. They have refreshing salads I had the Nicoise salad and my... More

We stopped here on our way through town and needed to grab a quick lunch. It was a very quaint dinner with lots of people during our time there. My wife and I ordered the chili for lunch. It was very filling. The service was good and prompt. It seemed to be a common stop for many travelers as were... More

Three friends ate here last night and said it was not very good, so I was going to shy away from it, but we were on a motorcycle and wanted a quick cup of coffee, simple right? Well the two other businesses across the street were closed and did not open for another hour, so I figured it would be... More

The Bistro has a varied menu. I had the seafood cassoullet that consisted of sauted scallops and shrimp. It was flavorful and plentiful. Worth a try.

One of the very few places in Cooke city to serve breakfast. So our expectation was very less. But it turned out to be very good. They make any style eggs which is what we ate. Scrambled and omelette. They were priced decent. I saw a group of 16 walk in and they accommodated then as well. I would definitely... More

Nice little restaurant with fantastic breakfasts. Friendly staff. And, prompt service. We liked it so much we returned for dinner a few days later. Dinner was also excellent. I had a pasta dish and my husband a great burger. We finished our dinner off with a superb apple pie ala mode.

Rude staff....and I mean actually aggressively rude to the point that it caught us off guard and we thought the waitress was joking for a second. The food is completely overpriced and wouldn't even be worth a 10 dollar plate price. The mixed vegetables were reheated from a frozen bag and the trout was a tiny piece of old trout... More

We have enjoyed good at the Bistro several times. We had hamburgers and home made fries this time. Have had pasta in the past.

Thank Karen D
