Awesone food, excellent staff, small bar restaurant with personal service! Went for a birthday dinner and they did not disappoint! Owners Nik, and Katrina are great, Heather our server was fantastic. Highly recommend, everything was delicious! Thanks!

This was exactly what we needed after no lunch and a day of traveling! Make a reservation. We got lucky that a party didn’t show. My husband and I split the Cajun Pasta w/ Shrimp and Nic’s Penne Pasta. We joked when we left that...it should have a more gourmet kind of name like Le Grizzly Bar & Grill. Hoping to go back before we head back to Georgia.More

During a recent trip we tried several times to get in and ended up with takeout. The people, drinks and foods were incredible. It is a small menu and items can run out fast but the bison and elk burger was wonderful as well as...pasta dish. Get reservations and make the drive to eat there.More

This is a great, great restaurant......and the best place around for miles! Great steaks, a bit pricy, wonderful burgers....with a little bit of variance offering, good specials and a wonderful place to eat.....if you can get in! Seating it limited and sometimes it seems like...you have to wait an hour or more for your meal.....but with no competition.....what can you say??? We're really glad it's here!More

Would go again and the weather was perfect to sit outside and enjoy the breeze. I am no longer a vegan after this.

Our guide at the Slide Inn mentioned this was a good restaurant. That was a big understatement. Not sure how a 5-star restaurant found it's place in the wilds of Montana, but it did. You need to get reservations. Recommended.

The Grizzly Bar and Grill has great food, not just a riverside bar. The menu will surprise you. Make sure you make a reservation as they are a reservations reservations restaurant. Also, check to see what days they are closed so you are not disappointed....We lucked out without a reservation as a large party did not show up the night we were there so we got in rather quickly.More

Reservations are needed unless you want to sit at the bar - which has limited seating. The inside is beautiful - someone put some time and thought into the ambience. Our server was the best - I am sorry I can't remember her name. They...offer a nice selection of food. I was in the mood for something other than a sandwich. I ordered the Ahi Tuna appetizer - (I know, I was in MT) Presentation beautiful - tuna looked to be cooked perfectly but was dry. I really wanted a rib eye but the $40 price turned me off. Enjoyed the Med. Salad - it was fresh and crunchy and hit the spot but nothing special. I think it was around $14.00. The bison burger was $17.00. The evening was nice - just not sure it was worth the price or the hassle of making reservations - when you are not sure what time you are getting in from fishing.More

Tasty burgers and excellent service. Their onion rings are good too. Had mud pie for dessert which hit the spot. It's nicer inside than it looks on the outside.

After our day at Yellowstone Park, we stopped by to enjoy a delicious dinner while the wood stove added to the ambiance. We were a party of 7 and they glad accommodated us. The pasta dishes, ribs and ribeyes were fantastic! We will definitely return...on our next trip to Sheep Mountain Cabin and Yellowstone.More

Been to “the Griz” several times and never disappointed. My wife and I spend 3 to 4 weeks per year in Cameron and rely on Katrina and Nick to give us a night off home cooking. Tonight we split the Rib Eye and each had...a baked potato and a salad. The salad is always acceptable. The baked potato is always divine. Every time I eat their baked potato I think it is the best I’ve ever had. They must have some supplier driving straight from the Idaho fields to the Griz’s doorstop daily. The Rib Eye was a taste of heaven. Perfectly cut, seasoned and cooked. By the way, don’t be afraid to share an entree. Their portions are huge and they are “split friendly.” Finally, the service is friendly with a smile. The only caution: if you are visiting during the peak season, make a reservation!More

We ended a great day on the Madison River by stopping in at the Grizzly Bar for dinner. We did not realize that a Thursday night in early October would be so busy, the place was packed. We were able find some seats at the...bar and were delighted to be able to dine there. We had the 1/2 pound Grizzly Burgers with a very generous serving of fries. Excellent! Great food, lots of beverage choices and friendly staff!More
