We had a blast at the Montana Ale Works. The food was pretty good not great but good. They have a nice selection of local beers which we had a few. It is busy for a good reason.

Our cab driver raved about this restaurant, we were not thrilled with it. It is very loud, has a limited menu unless you plan to drink beer all night. The staff was nice. Not our favorite place in Bozeman.

Great atmosphere and great food- what more could you want? Everything I have had here has been delicious but the Montana meatloaf was by far the best! I may go as far to say it was life changing...

The atmosphere was good-very busy but fun place. We were told there would be a 25 minute wait but we only waited 11 minutes. Food was good-I had the Montana Meatloaf and my wife had the veggie burger-we both enjoyed our meal and the service was great. Many different beer options.

Good service, funny waitress, delicious food. The restaurant has really stepped up the food in the last year. It is reasonable, good food and good drinks.

Food was excellent. Staff was very knowledgeable about the beers they sell. My husband was undecided and our server asked specific questions about the kinds of beer he liked which resulted in her recommendation being right on target.

We come to this restaurant specifically for the happy hour drinks, wide beer selection, and wagyu burgers. Delicious. Definitely the best burger I've ever had, I've had here. Usually a quick wait in this unique old railroad space. Drop into the bar and have a cocktail, beer (tons on the menu- no wonder it was rated best in Montana), or... More

Don't miss their dessert menu, which includes some of my gluten-free favorites - creme brulee and chocolate torte. Drinks and dinner here are wonderful too. A consistent, local favorite.
