From its humble beginning in 2003, The Coffee Pot Bakery Cafe has grown to be a favorite gathering place for locals and travelers alike. Originally, a pot of coffee was brewed to welcome guests to Mountain Arts Pottery, our sister store under the same roof. Over time we added award winning cinnamon rolls, apple pie, and pastries. Today we boast a full cafe menu including soups, quiche, comfort food, BBQ and wraps. We are known for our fresh, wholesome menu and our welcoming atmosphere. Our CoffeePotToGo! Menu is a vast array of hearty, homemade, delicious ready-to-bake family style meals. Enjoy the perfect marriage of fresh-from-scratch goodness with ready-to-go convenience!

We stopped in on our way to the airport for a cup of coffee & a snack. We loved this cozy little log cabin atmosphere were they specialize in homemade desserts including pie & cookies. They also sell various on site hand made pottery items...with mountain themed designs. We bought this beautiful coffee mug. My wife said her hot chocolate was exceptional and my Latte was very good as well. We split a superb slice of strawberry rhubarb pie. I don't know how I can ever drive past here again without stopping in, the next time we are heading to Big Sky we will definatley buy a whole pie to take with us to enjoy during our stay.More

We stopped for lunch and had the quiche Lorraine (delicious!) and the breakfast burrito (amazing!). While there we picked up 4 desserts to bring home for after dinner. Each one was better than the next...highly recommend!!!!!

Cozy bakery, cafe, giftshop (pottery, soaps, mittens, etc). Wonderful rhubarb bar (all the more for being available in winter!), very good lemon bar and maple cookie. Peach pie a bit bland w/ too much flour. Free parking out front, very nice people.

We enjoyed some of the best coffee we have ever tasted at The Coffee Pot Cafe. It was so good, we returned the next morning. We were vacationing in Bozeman; and if life takes us back to Bozeman, we will, most certainly, visit this coffee...shop, again. The lattes, made with homemade caramel and vanilla syrups, were so very tasty. The quality of the coffee was excellent, too. In addition to the coffee, we enjoyed the ambience of the shop, itself. Set in a pottery shop, it was filled with lovely pottery, of course. Meaningful sayings, also, decorated the shop, and lifted us, as we read them.More

We had a great breakfast of biscuits and gravy, pecan sticky bun and a salad (only vegan option) and white chocolate mochas. There is a few tables to sit at and lots of pottery to admire.

Saw the reviews so we wanted to try it out. Went with friends who live in Bozeman. Very crowded and busy on a Saturday morning at 9:00. Told it’s not so much in other days. Only 10 tables or so and a steady line. We...had a Santa Fe bowl, very good, two breakfast sandwiches that were great, especially with the added guacamole. The real hits, however, were the carbs. Maple rolls were amazing. Pecan rolls also amazing. Didn’t have room for cinnamon rolls although I wish I did. Several other items I would like to try. There is also a cooler with take home items like chicken pot pie. I liked the dark roast coffee, and being from seattle we are picky about coffee. Everything is served on their ceramics which are made in house, great for their marketing. After breakfast we spent a lot more money on the other side of the building with manager Kayla in Mountain Arts Pottery. Unique things for home or gifts. My wife left with a nice salad bowl. Will definitely stop by again when we are in town.More

Enjoyed the great food and the shop has some neat local craft items. The baking all looked good - we took some to enjoy on the road.
