One of our very favorite foods is Thai, and Sweet Chili’s does not disappoint! It says a lot about the restaurant’s management that we were able to make a reservation online for a busy Friday night when some of the restaurants in Bozeman were closed due to “staff shortages”. The lovely owner, Fei, personally suggested dishes to order — one with tofu, broccoli & peppers and another with bison — to accommodate my wife’s low cholesterol diet. The fresh-cooked noodles, seaweed salad and edamame were delicious. The service and setting with white tablecloths were much appreciated as was no loud music as found in many of the restaurant/bars in Bozeman.

Their curry should be the standard by which all other curries should be measured! I had the Salmon Curry, my son had the Buffalo Curry, and my daughter had the Buffalo Drunken Noodles, but she WISHED she had the curry. Don’t get me wrong, she loved the drunken noodles too! Everything was so delicious.
We also ordered edamame and potsticker appetizers. Very delicious! My daughter had the classic mojito and she said it was excellent. I tried a sip and while I don’t like mixed drinks, I must say the fresh lime was pretty darn good!
The atmosphere inside is very soothing for dinner. Low lights, pretty wall decorations, and minimal noise. The tables are nicely set with fresh roses, and the chairs and padded benches are very comfortable.
Overall, just a lovely experience and dinner!

Most items on the Thai-Asian fusion menu has a symbol of 1, 2, or 3 chilis, indicating the level of heat with which it is usually made. I often order cashew chicken but with 3 chilis instead of 1. It’s hot ... but good.

We have eaten here a few times. It has always been moderate food that was over priced and we went back because there isn’t much for Asian food in Bozeman. The last two times their posted closing hours were 9pm and they wouldn’t seat us at shortly after 8pm.
On our final visit we called ahead to ask when they were closing and were told 9pm. We arrived a few minutes later, just after 8, and were told they were closed. We said we just called and were told they were open until 9 by the hostess. We could see the manager hiding near the kitchen, peeking around the corner, and not coming out to join the conversation. All the hostess could say was her manager said to tell us they were closed.

Overpriced and almost not palatable. I had duck in garlic sauce. It was about 3 ounces of tough and tasteless strips of duck in a sauce that appears to have been reheated more than once. Included about one ounce of balled up rice noodles underneath for $32. My husbands sushi was tasteless, the wasabi muted—it tasted like it was made at Safeway; my friend’s peanut PadThai had one tablespoon of crushed peanuts and that was it. Asked for more, and was given another tablespoon. No green onion,no color. The cocktails were good, but $14-16, The second time I’ve eaten in downtown Bozeman in the last two months and been greatly disappointed. No Mas. The only thing they did right was cashew chicken, but that’s pretty hard to mess up.

Had the pleasure of eating here on my only night in Bozeman recently on May 31. It was chosen by some friends and they noted that the menu had changed. We ordered duck breast with garlic reduction, lamb chops, and a special fried rice. Everyone loved their meals. The slices of duck were generous, perfectly cooked and delicious! One of the best duck dishes I've ever had and I've traveled a bit. Also ordered the chocolate cake with fluffy peanut butter mousse frosting. If you like chocolate with peanut butter, it is the perfect combination.

One of the worst excuses for asian food I have ever tasted. Staff were rude and food was sickening. The shrimp tasted off and the chicken was over-seasoned to the point that it was inedible. Could barely finish more then a few bites of either of our meals.

Here for Valentine’s Day. Had the calamari, salmon and duck curry. Calamari was super light and crispy. Salmon was about the best I’ve ever had: thick piece that was crispy on the edges and melted in my mouth ( cooked to perfection)—amazing! My husband loved his curry, said the sauce was incredible. A little pricey but really worth it to us, will definitely be back. Great service too!

Really, really good. And the interior was very beautiful. A friend and I were coming back from Montana. You're eating a lot of beef on a trip like this. We stayed in Bozeman for a night and went to the downtown area just to check out the shops. Stumbled into this place and had the best meal of the whole trip. The menu had sushi, but had plenty of options for non-sushi people. The pot stickers were thin-skinned and perfect. I had the Wild Seafood Green Curry and it was so, so good. My friend had the 'Drunken Noodles' w/Chicken and was raving about the dish. We'd go back if it wasn't 17 hours away. I rarely give 5 stars, but you just couldn't have done anything better, Sweet Chili!

This establishment is attractive and the service was good, but our food left something to be desired. The pad thai had a distinct vinegar flavor and was heavy. In addition, there was little protein in it. The pineapple chicken was somewhat better, but not much. The presentation was non-existent. We would not return.

Extremely disappointed with the quality of the food. Last time we were there, it was a couple of years ago and the food was excellent. Tonight we started with egg rolls and pot stickers. The egg rolls were almost ALL dough with very little inside. The pot stickers were barely more than a bite and even then, didn't have much in the stuffing. For dinner I had the pineapple chicken with fried rice. While the flavor was OK, the dish was very dry. Would not order again.

Wow. We have had Thai food in many places across the world, including Thailand itself and this was not a disappointment. The first time I have had bison in a Thai dish and it was phenomenal. As always we highlight great service and Josie is a star. Don’t miss out on this place.

We loved this place. Our server was great and our meal was outstanding. If you want a high-end Thai meal I would go to this restaurant. I would highly recommend this place. We tried the incredible salmon special and the drunken noodles dish was the best I have ever had.

The food was all very good, sushi, drunken noodles, green curry chicken were exceptional!
Location was great and atmosphere pretty cool. Service wasn’t the best, no options for kids and some prices are expensive.
I’ll spare the specific details, but wouldn’t recommend for kids, and had something not brought to order.
Would be a great date night place I think!

Me and my wife loved the food here. We ordered the pineapple rice which was excellent. Also the curry salmon and a bison dish. Well were great. We ordered it to go and very friendly staff had it waiting when I arrived
