The food (I like the pasta) at the Emerson is very good. As much of it as can be is locally grown/produced and organic. The atmosphere is elegant in an old school. I love the exposed brick. They have weekday early dinner specials. Definitely one to hit when in Bozeman.

Our wait person was attentive and professional, the wine suggested was perfect compliment to our dinners. My favorite was actually the "special salad" with prosciutto wrapped goat cheese, arugula and other unique ingredients. Love the historic building, arty vibe and "the classics with a twist of local menu."

All the food at the Emerson grill is great. The pasta is on the rich side, but that is what Carbonara is! In the winter the pasta is 1/2 off on Mon-Thurs. We got an outstanding dinner for a great price. It's got a great ambience and the service is good. It's a go to place for mid-week date night.

This is a small resturant and reservation should be made. It is a popular place to go in Bozmen. A bit pricey, but has some great specials and early dinner discounts. The food and wine selections are incredible and the ambiance is very nice. I have never had bad service and the servers are very knowledgeable.

The food is pretty good here although it seems to attract a bit of a round crown. I found the prices a bit high and the wait staff a bit unorganized but would try it again.

Thank you for joining us for dinner. I apologize for your noisy experience. I'm guessing maybe you came this past weekend while all the Broad Comedy action was happening in the building? We were very busy that night and it did get very very loud! It doesn't make for very serene dining when we have such a packed house. I... More

During the summer it is great to sit outside, the menu does not change often but you will find something you will like. I love the fact they try to use local ingredients, not easy when you are in MT

My mom and I went here on a Friday evening for a meal and were pleasantly surprised at the quaint location, artistic ambiance, and friendly staff. Though we weren't hungry enough to explore a lot of the menu, what we did order was fantastic.

Haven't eaten there for some time while trying out the many new places in Bozeman. What a mistake. Better food at the Emerson than any of the new spots. Lots of local sourcing. (The waitress was proud of the organic carrots from her own garden and they were delicious) They do a great job with seafood, no easy task in... More

This is an unusual restaurant. It is located in the Emerson Building, which is an artists collective. On the first floor at the back of the building is The Emerson Grill. Not sure how many tables there are, but there are not many. The menu is quite varied and features creative dishes. I'd call it an Italian/European menu. My wife... More

We ate here as a large group, and there were definitely some good things about this place. It's unique because it's in an old school building, but this also makes it a bit hard to find. The restaurant is split into several rooms. The main restaurant is in one room, and the bar is in another. The room for large... More
