Located just a short walk from our stay at the Element in Bozeman we found Ted's Montana Grill. We have never found a Ted's that wasn't a delight and the Bozeman site was no exception. Their house margarita is south of the border worthy. We...arrived a bit early for lunch so the staff wasn't quite ready, leaving us for a bit of a wait. Nonetheless, they were warm, welcoming, and friendly. The Bar None Sliders were delicious and the Bison Burger exceptional.More

We grabbed dinner to-go with family members who live locally and enjoyed it in our RV while staying in town this weekend. Everything we ordered was delicious! The bison meatloaf and garlic mashed potatoes were sooooo good (yummy comfort food!) and the burger was thick,...juicy, well-dressed and fabulous!More

When you get what you expect be happy, when you get more be happy and tell someone. At Teds I got a little more than expected, steak was great salad too. Service was really good and prices were definitely in line. I'd recommend.

Bison Ribeye tasted amazing. Also, enjoyed talking to the staff as they could tell I was from out of town and definitely make me feel right at home.

Waited 45 minutes for a table tonight (Sunday), which is normally signals that a good meal awaits. After being called for our table we were notified that we should use our smartphone to scan a QRS code to see the menu. That wouldn't be altogether...bad had we been notified of this prior to our wait or had the host given us a dinner menu as requested. After searching the restaurants website at our table we found an online menu. We ordered the house made chips, Delmonico Ribeye served blue rare, and buffalo meatloaf. The house chips and dip were amazing. The 'delmonico' ribeye was cut thin unlike the traditional use of the name would suggest and was definitely not prepared blue rare per my request. Instead the prepared ribeye had a grey outer skin without any searing and was cooked medium well. The server politely returned the steak and returned with a true blue rare that again had no signs of searing but did have an excellent seasoning brine. My side of mashed potatoes were inedible (can't believe that I'm saying this because I will eat almost anything); the garlic was so heavy that it tasted like I was biting into a fresh clove. My wifes buffalo meatloaf was delicious but she also wasn't able to eat the mashed potatoes or side of unintentionally raw carrots that came with the dish. This meal was a flop from beginning to end. Our server was great but the food quality left us eating less than a quarter of our prepared dishes before requesting a check.More

Stopped for late lunch around 2 PM. There were very few customers. Service was extremely slow but the food was excellent.

There wasn’t a lot on the menu unless you prefer Bison. I had a hamburger which was ok. We ate on the patio which was nice. I would probably give the restaurant another try and order something else. If you prefer Bison, I would for...sure give Ted’s a shot. Great location on the majn street. Lot of shops and restaurants around. Bozeman is a great town to visit!More

Like a lot of restaurants, COVID affects the experience here and I don't want to be unfair. We called ahead and were told they don't accept reservations, but waits weren't bad. We arrive and are offered a 45 minute wait. Bummer. We placed a to-go...order, which is fine. We pick up our order and find when we return to our hotel that we were shorted items and given no little things like condiments for the fries or forks/spoons. It's probably our fault that we didn't take the time to double check the work of a staff that was clearly disorganized and overwhelmed, despite having half the house empty. In the end, the bison burger I had was delicious and the kids enjoyed their food as well. I'm sure that the fries and salad that never made it to our bag were good too. I am willing to concede that COVID is presenting tough circumstances for everyone in the restaurant industry. But this was the worst dining experience of our entire trip. I've eaten at Ted's before in other cities and had really good experiences. So maybe this was just a bad night.More

Adequate but nothing special, my steak had no taste and too much gristle. Atmospherr was a throwback to older days. Moderately exlensive. There are better choices in Bozeman.More

Jalapeno margarita was terrific! Bison nachos were a complete bust: served cold with stale and soggy chips - with velveta or cheese whiz instead of actual cheese. I would have returned them had someone ever stopped by to check up on me...and I was sitting...at the bar!! Very disappointing only-night dinner in Bozeman.More

Think sure they do. Would recommend to call if it’s a crowded weekends evening.

Funny: I dined at Ted’s in Bozeman last night, and was trying to figure out if your review was real, for a different restaurant, or an unhappy competitor. Nice to have it rectified.
