Plan to get there early, if you do not want to wait. We thought Bozeman was deserted on Saturday morning. Wrong, it seemed as if everyone on Boseman was at Nova. And for good reason. They have an innovative menu of healthy food, good coffee and amazing wait staff. We went there every morning for breakfast, walking past numerous other... More

I went here on the morning of the Bozeman marathon so obviously it was packed. We waited quite a long time to get seated and get our food, but that's to be expected considering the circumstances. They apologized and gave us a gift certificate to "make up" their mistake! That's some quality service! And the food was great and lots... More

We had an excellent meal. Our server was very friendly and helpful. The portions were substantial. Great place that uses all local purveyors. Can't wait to eat there again!

Great variety on the menu and wonderful food from hollandaise sauce to down-home amidst the aroma of great coffee.

I always love to stop in at The Nova Cafe if I'm in Bozeman at breakfast time. Plan ahead because you will probably have to wait a bit, but it is worth it. Huge selection of foods and even pastries. Plan ahead, get there, wait, and enjoy!!

Really nice range of breakfasts offered, and each of ours was very good. Parking was just around the corner, and the wait staff was attentive. Nothing pretentious - a really good downtown establishment.

Spent a few days in Bozeman and ate all our breakfasts here. I had the same dish - the Baja scrambler (Turkey breast, green chiles, avocado w/o the cheese). It was great. Also the cappuccino was not too bad. There were so many other options that looked great but I just stuck with my scrambler. Weekends can get very busy... More

If you don't mind a little bit of a wait, then head to Nova for breakfast. Bozeman has plenty of great places to eat, but we always end up at Nova at least once during our visits. We always comment on how great the food is and I love their coffee bar!

I stopped here on my way through town and I'm looking forward to having more chances to eat here. I was impressed with the options that worked with my dietary restrictions. It was crowded when I arrived, but I didn't have to wait for a table and service was great.
