The food is great. It's refreshing to find wonderful fresh seafood in the middle of downtown Billings. Dessert is a do not miss!!

Juliano's is closed from December 24th through January 12th. They will reopen on January 13th and 14th for dinner only. Regular winter hours will resume Tuesday, January 17th. Their phone number is 406-248-6400

I would say it all depends on you, downtown Billings is not very formal but I always like a jacket for dinner
