The lights are low, the music is turned up, wine is flowing, and energy is buzzing in the air. It’s a perfect evening and the perfect setting for…Italian food at MAMBOS. The atmosphere works just as well for romantic couples as it does for a cozy table of family, friends and children too. Italian cuisine, prepared while you watch. Our pasta dishes with rich, savory sauces and fresh ingredients, thin crust pizzas baked to perfection, and unmatchable service will be an evening you’ll remember, over and over. Ask our knowledgeable staff for a great Italian wine pairing to complement your entree. If the atmosphere and friendly service don’t seduce you, the pasta will. Bring your friends, family
Our server Derrik was awesome! To start with he helped us choose a great wine and was extensively knowledgeable about it. Appetizer and dinner topped it all off. A great experience and will definitely be back!
We ate there a couple week ago. The service was good but slow. But that is the kitchens error not the waitstaff's fault. We ordered before two other tables in our section. I don't think our order was more time consuming to make than the...More

The Mambo is excellent Italian, a true dining pleasure. Everything we tried was absolutely mouth watering. The sauces and soups are fantastic, the wine selection superb and the service was fabulous! We will be back!

Lasagna and tiramisu to die for. Bread - never had this type before. Crust was light and crispy. Inside was like velvet buttery air. Going back to restuarant to get couple of loaves "baskets" to carry...More
We had planned on going to another restaurant then saw this listed on our hotel list of approved restaurants. After checking reviews on TripAdvisor we drove downtown to eat Italian. It’s all street parking on a street that shouts out “restaurant row”. We were seated...More
We were seated promptly in a large dining room at 7 pm on a Wednesday. We each began with the Insalata Mista, plentiful fresh baby greens, onions, mushrooms, and cucumbers at $5 each. The fettuccine alla rustica with shrimp, chicken, prosciutto, and peas in parmesan...More
We are traveling with friends and always check Trip Advisor for recommendations. This restaurant was high on the list. Our server Darrell was great and very helpful with recommendations. Food was great and we mostly followed his recommended dishes. It’s an open kitchen and we...More

Not sure if it’s too late to answer but I just ate here last night. I got gluten free pasta dish, with garlic olive oil, sundries tomatoes, broccoli & chicken. The menu also has a few salads that you can ask to hold the cheese and a few soups that can be made with gluten free pasta.
