The scones and croissants were delicious. We wouid definitely return. The server was very friendly. It was like an old fashioned bakery.

Lucky for us the Grand Hotel didn't serve breakfast until 8:00 so, in order to get an early start, we ventured a few doors down the street to the Big Timber Bakery. We found a wonderful atmosphere, very friendly staff and the food was great....The place was relatively crowded yet our food arrived without much wait. This is definitely a restaurant I would go back to and recommend to everyone.More

We love cinnamon roles and the ones that we bought here were by far the best we’d had forever! Big Timber is small, but this bakery is worth to stop for!

Passing thru town we randomly picked this restaurant for an afternoon meal. We ordered, paid up front and lunch arrived in a reasonably short time. Service was friendly and food outstanding. Enjoyed oven roasted turkey sandwiches which included generous amounts of juicy meat on fresh...baked bread. Our server told us the employees were a church family and we were impressed by the overall efficiency, cleanliness and comfortable atmosphere. Those who live nearby and have occasion to dine here frequently have a local gem of an eatery.More

Home cooking in a wood fired oven. Yum! Friendly, homey atmosphere. I had breakfast and it was totally satisfying. The people make you feel right at home! A beautiful stop in a lovely western town in Montana with the snowcapped mountains in the distance.

Worth stopping for either of the three meals ... but make sure to get your bakery takeout early as it is VERY popular. Outstanding service and personalities.

This is our 3rd trip in Montana to stop in Big Timber for a night or two. A highlight of the trip is a stop at The Bakery on the main drag. Good breakfasts and a small bakery display case - THE best cinnamon rolls!...Tender sweet dough with a light icing and plenty of cinnamon. Actually all their bakery item are good ( we’ve tried most of them) but the cinnamon rolls stand out. Get there early, however, or you will be disappointed as the bakery case sells out fast.More

What a great place! Eat here regularly with my family. Wholesome food, wholesome atmosphere. Very clean, and it’s the best break up and pizza you’ll find in Montana. Highly recommended!

Great place to stop and grab really good food. I love the breakfast sandwich, cinnamon twist and pastrami melt.

My friend and I stopped in on a business trip and were both pleasantly surprised. Both my omelet and his breakfast burrito were excellent and the service was very good. They have a wood fired oven for pizza and all of the baked goods looked...great. I'll definitely remember this place when driving by in the future.More
