The main problem is the restaurant is short staff so the only waiter was literally running around. Other than that, the food was very good. I ordered the Bison streak which was cooked just right. I had the chocolate pecan pie for dessert which was very rich The service was slow because of the reason stated above. I would think... More

6/29/2016 Ordered the crispy fried chicken and a hamburger along with apple pie--to share with my wife. The chicken pieces were very small and over cooked to the point that it was beyond crispy and closer to burned. The hamburger was ordinary came on a plain ungrilled oversize bun with thin cut fries which were hot crisp and tasty--the best... More

Stopped here after hiking for dinner one evening and was pleasantly surprised. While the food was very good, we all had burgers, it was the service, people, and decor that was the most interesting. As you wait on your order, you can't help but study all the bumper stickers and license plates folks have left for decorating all the walls... More

After visiting this restaurant in previous years, we went back expecting the same great food. My husband asked our host/server, who happened to be one of the owners, for a recommendation and he suggested the fish special which he claimed “will be a great choice.” Alas, after ordering it, it was not! It was expensive and he [the owner] had... More

Friendly staff and casual family atmosphere. Takeout costs 50 cents per item which is kind of annoying to me as there food is already pricey. I had peanut butter mousse pie there that was insanely delicious. Falafel plate for vegetarians was a welcome change from the countless veggie burgers I ate over the course of a week hiking in national... More

I always loved going to 2 sisters. Had great food. Ordered the chicken fried steak and it was a hamburger deep fried. Seriously a hamburger. Came with mashed potatoes and was supposed to have a vegetable but did not and I never got any. Burger was dried out. Freezer burned? Ordered the pie which used to feed 3 or 4... More

We stopped here for "lupper" (mid way between lunch and supper). It is a quirky little place, kind of like a truck stop. Nothing fancy at all. They use bumper stickers and license plates for decor. Very casual. My husband had the Bison Sirloin and I had the Rainbow Trout. Both were excellent. The serving staff were friendly and very... More

This place was highly recommended and we found it to be a delightful cafe type restaurant. The bison sirloin was perfect. Come early because the place fills up and they don't take reservations.

You can't miss this place halfway between St. Mary and Babb. It's probably the most popular place in the area - busier from 4 PM onward, and you may have to wait 15 minutes or longer, on a few chairs inside or at tables outside. It's a smallish (15 tables?), funky, noisy licensed café with a good menu selection plus... More

We loved this quirky little restaurant about 10 minutes drive from St Mary, where we stopped for dinner after a day trip to the Many Glacier area. It looks like an old shed from the road, with a bit of eccentric graffiti and inside it is full of signs / flags. There was a queue (outside) for dinner, but we... More
