Do not leave the citty before having a lunch or dinner at this place.
The menu is totally different from any other restaurant,all the dishes are prepared with special sauces that make the food very delicious.even the wine is so tasty.deffinately recomend this place,special foods for special price..many thanks to the chef for the tasty salmon with ginger sauce :)

Best restaurant in Saranda/Ksamil, we ordered Fish file, salmon file, home pasta, and margarita pizza for kids. All was very tasteful and perfectly served with sous and vegetables, not like everywhere, just a fried fish on the plate.
Waiter was friendly , in the end we got free homemade cake and watermelon, very tasteful. 🍰🍉
White wine was homemade and vert taste.
Highly recommended when in Ksamil.

Very nice restaurant, with great food and staff. The staff are so friendly and very professional. The food is fresh and very well prepared - all the compliments to the chef and his team, as well as the service stuff.

Do NOT order the “Seabass oven baked in clay with Vegetables”
It’s 30% cremated and 70% boiled.
Their “Mixed grilled seafood” was decent.
Cheap bread and the tomatoes from the salad were like plastic.

Really nice service and decent prices.
Fish soup, prepared in different way than in other places and really tasty.
Spicy octopus, served in something like tomato soup, really interesting, tasty and a lot of meat in this.
Crab balls - interesting way of serving, unfortunately not so tasty, as delicate carb meat has been muffled by oily breadcrumbs. Served onplain semolina (maybe some spices woudls erve here?). We missed any vegetables as addition for this meal.
And for finish - really, really good mohito! (why don't you have any local alochol in menu?)

Starting with great service, waitresses who are so calm, friendly and helpful, a beautiful place to sit and grab a bite, with an awsome and tasty food. Big thumbs up, the place is great, the service is great, the staff is great. Some other places I visited were terrible with service and staff, unlike this one that I really enjoyed staying after couple of days searching. Keep it up!

For two people, we paid 3150 Lek (~30$/€, 25£) and had two beers, a large water, crunchy crab balls, sautéed mussels, fries, and tres leches. Coming from the UK/US, it's significantly cheaper than a typical meal, and only slightly more expensive than you might find elsewhere in Albania.
It's a wonderful spot with prompt and friendly servers and delicious food. In particular, the mussels were lovely. Perfectly cooked and flavorful. We absolutely recommend going here.

Great food and service. The spicy octopus and shrimps in saganaki sauce were delicious. Mushroom risotto was cooked well but missing some salt. The free bread was great too. Waitress was friendly and spoke very well English.

After a long day exploring Butrint and a beach-side resort, we were hungry and wanted a bowl of mussels somewhere where we could watch the sunset. Fourth Island gave us both and more.
The restaurant patio is perched above the main street through Ksamil, giving plenty of opportunities for people-watching without feeling like you're eating along a road. The staff was extremely helpful with suggestions and the food was excellent. Mussels in a garlic, wine broth and cold octopus and potato salad were highlights, as was Kaon beer in bottles and on tap.

In my 6 nights visit in Ksamil, i have tried almost every main dish in this restaurant: pasta, fish fillet, and the best veal fillet in Albania. They are all delicious and exceptional. Inexpensive prices, welcoming and friendly waiters, warm and relaxing atmosphere.
A well deserved 5 star rating!
Do not leave Ksamil without visiting Fourth Island!

We went twice (so far), and the experience both at lunchtime and dinner were on point. Food was very tasty and good on portion size, must recommend their mussels, but there are plenty of great options. Mario and Kevin, out servers, were very professional and knew languages (we used English but we are aware they know Italian quite well too). Location is bang in the middle of main street, and it accepts international Debit or Credit cards, which some may find a useful solution, the exchange rate is standard. In any case, go for a meal there, you will be pleasantly surprised.

We went to this place after reading numerous positive reviews.
Alas, expectations were not met.
Let me start by saying we are Italian!
The place is very nice and located in the main street of Ksamil.
Courteous, helpful and friendly staff.
We ordered: fried shrimp with almond breading, crab balls on a base of polenta and melted gorgonzola, sea bass fillet with chickpea cream and grilled vegetables.
Let's start from the fact that the prawns were supposed to be the appetizer, but they arrived as the last course (but the waiter warned us of the delay when he brought us the other two dishes).
The crab meatballs looked like those produced by a well-known Italian frozen food brand, this underlines that in our opinion they were frozen, the bed of polenta was rubbery and the gorgonzola was not gorgonzola.
The sea bass fillet was good (filleted), but the layout of the dish needed to be reviewed, as the chickpea cream was on top of the grilled vegetables and not the sea bass. The grilled vegetables were, however, decent.
Last but not least, the almond shrimp still had intestines.
The cost of the dinner was €50 including two glasses of white wine.

I was on vacations with my husband and we just found this restaurant on internet, it looked really nice and we chose to eat dinner there. It was amazing! The food was so tasty and the waiters/waitresses were so kind and nice, soft atmosphere. If you’re on ksamil or you plan to go there, I totally recommend this restaurant. 5/5 🤗

Very good service, but very bad experience.
We went 3 friends to dinner at July ppios and ordered a Greek salad and did not carry any feta cheese, we told the waiter and offered us a portion of feta but with charge, something we declined.
I consulted him for some crab meatballs and he told me they were artisanal and when the plate arrived they were crab battered sticks from the cheap.
The main course was poor quality fish and nothing fresh, finally when paying the bill, we were charged a higher commission for both paying by card and paying in euros.
In short, very bad experience, there were almost no people and now I understand.

Arrived in Ksamil in mid-June (out of summer vacation chaos) we tried this restaurant in the lead for reviews. Parking nearby. Outside table in the large terrace, very friendly service speaking a little Italian. Take seafood starter and seafood linguine. Appetizer of hard and tasteless squid drowned in vinegar (first some jar of pickles) , almost non-existent Linguine lost among freshly thawed seafood, barely saved the mussels.
As my habit I pointed it out to the waiter who was disappointed saying that everything was very fresh (even in Italy it happens but they use better frozen food brands).
On the other hand, the price is definitely on Italian standards (at least here in Ksamil), better go away to find better places.
33 euros for a very poor meal.
Maybe the ads are from foreigners not accustomed to good seafood.
