Players is a really nice place to eat! The food is amazing! You can eat in the dining room, bar area or outside!

First time here, but came recommended by our hotel clerk. Place is clean and bright. Tastefully decorated and quiet. The Mexican chiclet soup was good but spicy. I got bleu cheese burger with fried potato salad. Associate got spaghetti. Big portions so skipped dessert. Prices...are reasonable, service was good.More

Service was mediocre and food was mediocre at best. Chicken was rather dried out and my husband's steak was lacking flavor.

Very courtesy staff, always has great food my favorite are the onion rings, and the tenderloin. Love the chicken dinner also. Very accommodating.

Lots of menu choices, gyro dinner was excellent. The staff were very friendly, and restaurant is very clean!

I think the restaurant was good, they have plenty of choices. The waitress was very friendly and the service was quick. The food was fine but nothing is special. My seafood pasta was a little salty and the shrimps seemed not very fresh.

The food and service were excellent! We ate there on Easter while visiting our daughters at UCM and even though it was a holiday the staff was friendly and accommodating.

Almost adjacent to our hotel, we decided to give it a try. It's a combination of a sports bar and a restaurant, slightly noisy, but with a descent menu. The food was good but this place, like so many, needs to spend some time training...staff. Our server tried hard, but when my wife's dinner was more raw than rare, the poor guy just didn't understand the need to get it back to the kitchen sooner than later. Rather than just put it back on the grill for a few minutes, they cooked a replacement and I was finished my entree by the time her's finally arrived. We might have enjoyed the meal, but obviously, not this time. In town for an extended stay, we chose not to return.More

The food was average and the price was okay, but the service was not the best. It started out good, but once our food arrived we never saw our server again. I think that we forget that we are still there and may need drink...refills. Take care of your table to the every end!More

We were seating quickly but went downhill from there. Appetizers were good but waited over an hour for our food and then was not hot. It tasted like it had been sitting out for a while. Will not go back.

Brought a baseball team. Great staff. Lots of choices. Food was good and a value for the size of the portions.

Stayed at nearby hotel and ate here 3 times and had a beer with friends twice...they have a lot of sports themed photos on the wall and a lot of old photo from teams from the University of Central Missouri...had lasagna because they said they...make their own sauce but it wasn’t a good choice, average at best and I would not order again...next time I had tenderloin sandwhich and French/steak fries and that was pretty good...then 3rd time had chicken tenders and mashed potatoes and that was average...had 2 house salads on the 3 trips and they were good...overall average I think but I didn’t have a hamburger or steak so I would go back and I do like the atmosphere...it is a good place to have a beer...one evening went with a friend and we sat outside on the back side of the restaurant that overlooks U.S. Hwy-50 which was nice...and had a drink with friends in the bar at a high table and that was nice with the TVs on sports channels...from other reviews I read they add their spices to their tenderloin, the menu said they have their own pasta sauce and a waitress said they bread their own chicken...all average...the best thing I ate were the house salads and it’s a good place to have a beer.More
