Nothing fancy or trendy, no themes or gimmicks, just homestyle food. Experienced waitstaff and daily specials. Always busy.

My wife and I love this place. We call it, "Springfield's best kept secret". The food is always amazing, and the prices are right. You can't beat that! Most of the time you get a good waitress, very few times have we gotten a bad one. The seating is excellent and the environment is comfortable.

Nice variety on the menu. Good prices. They serve breakfast all day. I had the soup and salad and a pork tenderloin. I always have a tenderloin here when I am in Springfield. The rest of our group had hamburgers or tenderloins. All were very good. The salad bar is just lettuce and raw veggies but was fresh and good.... More

Great food! Fun cafe experience! My Granddaughter and I have had breakfast a couple of times lately at Cedars on Campbell St. Each time we were happy with our meal and server.

Since we have a breakfast-aholic in our house, we eat at Cedars once, sometimes twice a week. We usually get it to-go because it's almost always packed! They never disappointed. Whether we get food to-go or eat there, the freshness and quality of the food consistently surpasses every other breakfast place around. I have eaten other, non-breakfast, items on the... More

If you like the country dinner experience this is the place. Fast friendly staff and good food, you can't go wrong. One thing that I find off is that on the walls is Coke signs but they have Pepsi. Not a big thing to me just seems off some how but that's just me.

If you want fine dining, go somewhere else. If you want a country-fried steak or a filling ham and egg breakfast, the Cedars is the place to be. Small-town feeling. Friendly waitresses. You might even get called "Hon".

It was a very busy, but we were able to walk in and get a table. I had heard about Cedar's and was anxious to try it. The prices all seem very reasonable.
