Nice breakfast, decent portions, tasty corned beef, all for under $20 for two. Come in seat yourself very relaxed atmosphere, nice friendly waitress provides good service. Mainly locals type of place, there's also a separate smoking section. Everyone is friendly and chatty, it's worth checking out.

We should probably go here for breakfast, because the lunches are nothing to write home about. The place is very dirty..rug has seen better days and smells. The bathrooms need alot of tlc...We ordered the pork schnitzel dinner with mashed potatoes and corn and a patty melt with hand cut fries. Well, if you like very greasy food, this is... More

Had to search for this cafe, but it was well worth it. It is actually on old rt 66. Lovely little place with great staff, local hangout. Scuttle butt, biscuits and gravy, cinnamon roll all were great.

Serving sizes were huge and tasty but, it didn't sit well with any of us as the day wore on. Its not much to look at on the outside but its clean and neat on the inside. If you smoke, you'll be happy to note there is a smoking section.

This restaurant is best described as “don’t judge a book by its cover”. The outside has much to be desired. It could be considered a dump. Inside is a different story. There was a county and western decor. This is a Mom and Pop shop. The prices are reasonable. Portions are large. The food is good. Service was a bit... More

Lots of locals and chatter, it was charming. Everything was DELICIOUS! We both had breakfast food with the eggs cooked perfectly, corned beef hash was authentic and not canned, biscuits were hot and buttery, and gravy over chicken fried steak melted in our mouths. Coffee was just right too. While it doesn't look like much from the outside, we would... More

Breakfast here is the best around. The biscuits and gravy are absolutely delicious! I'm reminded of the biscuits and gravy my grandma made when I was a kid. The service is fast and friendly, the prices quite reasonable, and the food terrific. I also had an omelet which was pretty good size and delicious as well. I tried this place... More

First off, let me say that this cafe requires you to not judge a book by its cover. If you were to just drive by the Country Cafe, you'd think that it's a dump and a hole in the wall trucker's stop. I want to start this review by squashing the notion. This restaurant has one of the best locations... More

My girlfriend and I had breakfast here two mornings. The service was great, and I loved listening the talking going on around us. We were among the locals. Prices were great, I didn't use them, but my girlfriend said the bathrooms weren't all that good. I would eat here again is I was in the area.
