Food was great, and staff was nice. Prices reasonable. Portion sizes good. Only downside was it took a little long for someone to take our order after we ordered drinks, but after that it was fine, the food came out in decent time.

We arrived on a ballgame night, which means most places are packed. Nonetheless, we were seated within a few minutes and offered cocktails and menus. We had been traveling so did not order multiple courses, but did try the Fried Pickles (we've had bettter), half order of Bakked Cannolini (minced chicken and pork stuffing, excellent) and a small salad (very... Even with the craze before the daytime game on the 4th we got a quick table for 5. Cheeseburger roll ups were great as was the asiago cheese dip! Deli Bake and Italian Grill sandwiches looked similar on menu but both were great in their own ways! Lasagna & salad lunch combo was a hit. Kids pasta with white sauce... More

Every time we find ourselves in St Louis we visit Caleco's. We have never been disappointed. The food is good and the wait staff great. James, our server, was most pleasant, personable and professional. Can't wait to go back.

We went here before when we were in town. Great food and service. Not this time. First the door your told to go in was locked. Entered through bar. Bar is packed. Wanted s table with kids just left cardinals game. Server was very rude and said section closed good luck finding another table. There were easy 25 tables open... More

Nice local ambience and food. A little pricey. I had the local pizza. It was lacking in substance, but I decided to enjoy it anyway.

There were 17 in our group on a very busy weekend in St Louis. All were well pleased with the service and the food. All ordered different items and so we were able to see the menu variety. The warm bread was exceptional. We will definitely plan a return trip when we are in St. Louis again.

Good food, clean, great atmosphere. Great location. Within walking distance of many hotels and Busch stadium. Gets crowded, but still very good family oriented restaurant/bar. One black mark was our server, she either was having a bad day or she should choose another job because waiting more than one table was not possible for her.

We visited the Gateway Arch and were starving! We stumbled upon Caleco's about two blocks north of the arch. From its colorful bar lights and train on a track running around the bar to the extensive menu and delicious food--we loved it! Plentiful portions and reasonable prices make Calecos the perfect dinner destination!
