The store is in a great location, but that was about it. I found prices high for the quality of their offerings: food, coffee, and ice cream. Service was slow and not all that friendly. I picked Coffee Cartel since it was a local business that would be a new experience, but I suggest the nearby Starbucks.

Experienced a great late night coffee drink of hot coffee with rumchata and whipped cream topped with hot fudge sauce and cinnamon. Yum yum. Daiquiris and ice cream were enjoyed by other guests as well! Excellent experience.

I like to try local coffee shops when traveling -- should have went to the nearby Starbuck's this time. I simply found the establishment less than welcoming or desirable for relaxing with a cup of coffee. In a word, uninviting.

If you are staying at the Chase Park Plaza, this a great option for inexpensive breakfast, coffee and more.

We came across this coffee shop and thought it would be fun. Lots of options but the line, with only four people, took over fifteen minutes to get us to order. Plus the Irish coffee has nothing of Irish in it.

I've only had the coffee here, but it was absolutely amazing. I've had one of the "adult" coffees, which was great, but even the flavored roast coffee was delicious. It's in a good location, with a perfect spot to people watch. Definitely recommended for coffee lovers

Don't go for the coffee - too much else going on for them to concentrate on this. Ok for lunch or ice cream in the afternoon.

Located in the heart of the CWE, coffee cartel is a great place to meet friends, read a book outside on nice day or browse the internet at a window-side seat and people watch. They serve more than just Java. You can grab a cup of tea or choose a dessert. On warm days, a shake is a good choice.

Located on a busy corner in the Central West End this place has great coffee and other treats. We usually just have coffee, sit outside and people watch. Always entertaining! Great staff that helps you quickly. This is our go to spot when we've strolled and shopped enough and want a short break.

This is a go to. Open 24/7 good prices and coffee. Free wifi and outdoor patio area. Drink coffee, smoke a pipe, people watch and maybe read a book. When the chess club closes there are late night chess matches. Don't like coffee? They have are a tea/coffee/cafe place too.
