Wanted to find a fun place to show out of town guests. It was a beautiful October 24th Monday and the patio was nice. But the service was bad. Our waitress forgot things and did not come around much. Wasn't friendly. The Honey Wheat beer was good but the only person who liked their food had the salmon sandwich. The... More

Wanting to have dinner in the downtown area, we chose the Morgan Street Brewery. A good choice providing very prompt service and good food. I selected the Black Bear Lager and was not disappointed. The meatloaf was 'wrapped' in Hickory Smoked bacon and served with garlic mashed potatoes. A very generous portion - I took about half with me for... More

Visiting the city for a national conference and wanted something off the beaten path. Found this place by accident. Happy hour had half price appetizers that were generous portions and very tasty. Enjoyed a creamy quesadilla with salsa and sour cream. The beef Beef bruschetta was out of this world!! Great atmosphere and service was good.

This was only 5 minutes from our hotel and proved a good find. It was fairly quiet when we visited but it was early evening. Our waitress was friendly and very helpful on my husbands beer making choice! We had a few drinks before eating and when the food came it was delicious, think 3 of us had the country... More

We were near the Arch and thought we would find a place for lunch. There are several restaurants near so we expected a nice place with good food. We decided to eat inside because of the heat. Two of us were taken back by the damp, musty smell of the restaurant. We ordered our food and waited. And waited. Our... More

Admittedly, we arrived at 9 PM. But they had only enough iced tea for one and a half glasses and then they ran out. We wanted coffee with our desert but they didn't have any because they were ready to close. The food was very good both appetizers and entrees. Nice sized portions.

The food is awesome. The wait staff is attentive. The stand out for me was Clayton, the Brew Master! He was very informative and very willing to share the beer making process. The beer was "All Grain" which is a plus, the down side is all of the wort is pitched with the same yeast. You can taste the "Sameness"... More

Went to this brewery after walking around downtown St Louis. It's an easy walk from downtown and is located in an interesting building. The beer list had a dozen or so listed, but only four available. They were out of humus and pretzels (really?), so we got the crabcake. Good flavor, but too much filler. The place is a little... We stopped in for dinner attending the big Muddy. Our beer order was lost so we didn't get them until latter. I had a burger and my wife had the beef melt. Both were good as are the potatoes they serve. Service was okay as they were packed.
