We were looking for a place to eat on the Hill on a Sunday. Options limited, so we decided to give Mama's on The Hill a chance. It was amazing!!! Everything everyone had was so good. We will definitely be going back and telling all our friends!

We were visiting family in St. Louis. My husband researched the restaurants on "The Hill" and came up with Mama's. Supposedly the best fried raviolis. They were OK, but the rest..........I had the chicken saltimbocca - there was so much flavorless gravy, I could hardly find the chicken, etc. My husband had the ravioli - I mean how can you... More

Delicious is not a good enough word. Ask for Tommy as your waiter. Being married to an Italian the most authentic food. Portions are so much no one will leave with any room for anything. Great wine choices.

had a wonderful experience here. not only great service from a knowledgeable, native waiter, but delicious food! the penne primavera was absolutely delightful- and try a mama's salad! it's brilliantly dressed. I have to say this is a must if you are trying to decide on a place in The Hill!

It's feels like home! Must start with the original Fried Raviolis! Yummy! We had the spaghetti with meatballs. So good ! I split with my daughter and still couldn't eat it all. The penne Carbonara was awesome!!! If I wasn't watching my calories I would have that! End was the delicious lemoncello sponge cake! And of, lemoncello!!!

We visited this restaurant before a show at the Muny on a Saturday night and took the last open table. We started with the toasted ravioli. I had the veal parmesan which was 3 or 4 veal cutlets, a side of pasta plus a salad. Needless to say it was way too much food. The food was great, came out... More

No separate lunch menu, at least on Sat. Shared a med pizza and 1 side salad. That was plenty for us. Saw other diners with huge portions of appetizers and pasta meals. Would be great to share with larger group. Our food was excellent.

My father in law is in the hospital and I wanted to bring my mother in law bc it's our favorite place and she had never been to the Hill . We had a party of 9 on a Wednesday at 1pm. About 3 tables were taken and the rest empty. The waiter acted as if we were the biggest... More

A pleasant dining experience !! Great food, great atmosphere and our waiter was from Sorrento, Italy& allowed me to practice my Italian!! Better experience than the night before at Charlie Ghittos( food was great at both)!
