Classic and loving it!! Mr. Spiro brought the charm and perfect food for an anniversary to be remembered. Would have shared the huge 4 piece shrimp appetizer with hubby but he wanted his own. Steaks, twice baked potatoes and fresh green beens perfectly prepared and presented. Take home bag for steak allowed Bananas Foster prepared dramatically table side brought a... More

If you go, make a reservation and request Spiro as your waiter. He is great at what he does. Order the Tenderloin... that is what they do best. Do not go here and order chicken. It is a STEAK house. Potatoes are delicious. I recommend them covered in the steak sauce and topped with feta cheese crumbles. One of my... More

Went here for our anniversary. Not good. Not bad. Service average. Probably won't go back. Been to this style restaurant across the country in several cities, and we've had better $250 meals. Check your alternatives before heading to this assembly line style "steak haven".

I really love this restaurant. It's dark and fancy. The food is not inventive or modern. It's just really good. If you want a rack of lamb or a good steak, I would recommend The Tenderloin Room. I ordered the pepper loin tenderloin (not sure what it means, but the cognac-dijon sauce they serve on it is pure heaven), Greek... More

Three colleagues and I had dinner here -- thoroughly enjoyable. Nice wine list, great menu, and impeccable service. A little pricey, but a nice experience.

I flew into St Louis in early June 2016 having not eaten breakfast before leaving town and was hungry by the time I got to the Chase Park Plaza hotel around 2:00pm. I was looking for something hearty, like beef to eat but didn't want to go far as I was a bit tired. I came across The Tenderloin Room... More

The food itself was pretty good. The tenderloin was good but not as tender as I would have expected given the reputation. The service was good but a little overbearing, it was not very busy so he came back about every 5 minutes or less to check on us. That kind of ruined the romantic alone time we were looking... More

My fiance and I went here to have a special night. I was very impressed with our food and our waiter. While I do not remember his name, he was very attentive and they gave us a choice of dessert for our anniversary. Steak was amazing. First class all the way. You will not be disappointed by anything you chose... More

We had a wonderful lunch here. Prices are expensive for dinner but fair for lunch. It's a limited menu, but very tasty.

Are here on Friday and was not very pleased, I asked for my steak to be well and it came medium, which was fine I could work with that (I could bring it home and recook it. But then I saw a meme er of the kitchen crew cooks (who prepared my food) drop his tongs on the ground wipe... More

Description
The "T-Room" has retained the look and feel of those oh so elegant restaurants of a bygone era - plush and comfortable without being "clubby". The dining rooms (two down and one up a short flight of stairs) say: "...Come and stay a while...". And why not? With food this good it's not hard to stay and eat your heart out." Become a Fan of the Tenderloin Room and get updates on entertainment and specials! Our classic Pepperloin a la Tenderloin is seared to mouthwatering perfection with our famous sauce. For the adventurous diner with a large appetite we proudly present our Cowboy Ribeye, sure to satisfy like no other. Remember, steak remains the specialty, but entrees such as rack of lamb, stuffed filet, and veal chops offer spectacular alternatives to the signature beef.
