A very peaceful and relaxing atmosphere, with an excellent server and great service. I had the Chilean Seabass and flash fried spinach, both of which were incredible.

We had 6:00 reservations for the 5 of us on a Thursday evening. (Reservations HIGHLY recommended) We arrived early and were seated promptly. Four of us ordered the Rigatoni ala Vodka, which consisted of lobster claw meat, shrimp mushrooms in a tomato cream sauce. The...rigatoni was a perfect el dente and we believe that there was more lobster and shrimp then pasta. The sauce was so flavorful, the combination of all was fantastic. It was claimed a hit by all. Our fifth person opted for a Caesar salad and a side dish of pasta. It looked like a shell pasta with a tomato basil sauce. She was very pleased with it. The entire staff from the owners who greeted and seated us, to our server and her busser were very attentive and accommodating. Pricing for this quality of Italian fare was in line as to what was being presented to you. The rigatoni dishes were $38 a plate. The evening was quite a pleasure and well worth a visit.More

We had another delicious and wonderful night there on Saturday! We asked for a couple different things and they were fulfilled! I had the Roberto filet and I just can’t get past ordering that now! The stuffed shrimp appetizer was amazing 🤩 Our server Suzana...said she was new- but we would have never known- she was excellent! The bus girl that wrapped up our food did an excellent job too! Just a perfect night! We live in central Illinois and have a daughter in STL - but we don’t get there enough! Thanks again!More

Roberto’s never disappoints! Shrimp Lucia is the best appetizer around. Unparalleled. As is the Veal Chop Saltimbocca. Amazing attention to detail from the time you sit down until the last sip of coffee and forkful of NY cheesecake. Service is spot on. Bravo Roberto!

I went for the Handcrafted Limoncello! I LOVE this delectable liquor and found it on line. I had to add Roberto's to our places to visit on our St. Louis trip! We were early and one gentleman was working alone. He was prepping and singing!...He finally heard me calling out to him and made our Limoncello dreams come true. It was certainly worth the trip. My Limoncello Blueberry Cakes are now AMAZING!More

The atmosphere was pleasant and service was very good but the steaks were way over priced and dip come with a salad . The filet was priced at $52 not that bad as the average for fine dining in this area is about $48 but...if you add a small plain dinner salad for $9 it puts that meal at $61 way over the $48 average and the price of a filet at Sams Steakhouse! But the Roberto’s the steak did not melt in your mouth like the one from Sams ! My husband had the veal and it was good at $38 not too bad but add the salad makes it $46. Over all not worth the price !!More

My wife and I dined at Roberto's about a week ago. We were in the mood for light meals, so we ate at the bar. I had my favorite appetizer, fried calamari, and Chris had shrimp Lucia. Both were as superlative as we have come...to expect from Roberto's. We shared a plate of flash-fried spinach, which melted in our mouths. Our old friend Brett was behind the bar, and he kept the food coming. We took home a bottle of Roberto's house-made limoncello (a lemon liqueur originating from Sicily or the Amalfi Coast). It was the best limoncello I have ever had outside Italy. It was smooth and full-bodied without being overpowering. Limoncello is supposed to be sweet, and Roberto's version is sweet without being cloying. Finally, many brands of limoncello available in the U. S. have an objectionable aftertaste; Roberto's does not. If you are a fan of limoncello, you should try Roberto's house product. If you have never tried limoncello before, Roberto's would be a good one to try first. You won't be disappointed.More

Superlative, as usual. Absolutely the best, most authentic southern Italian cuisine in St. Louis. Roberto's is our default place to eat on special occasions or whenever we want a good meal. We ate there last week with old friends who were visiting from out of...town. One of our guests had Filet Roberto. It was delicious, tender, and cooked to perfection. His wife raved about the spaghettini special and the flash-fried spinach, which melted in her mouth. I had the veal chop special, stuffed with prosciutto and cheese. For dessert, we had house-made gelato, and it was as good as any we ever ate in Italy. Roberto also makes his own limoncello (an Italian lemon liqueur). The chef and owner Roberto Zanti is from Taranto in southern Italy, and he sets a high standard for everything in his restaurant. The food is from fresh, high quality ingredients. His servers are adult professionals, not students who are working for beer money. The facility is impeccably clean. The restaurant is in a strip mall, but don't let that put you off or you will miss out on one of the best dining experiences in St. Louis.More

Lots of rave before ever visiting so high expectations. Comfortable inside and nice selection on the dinner menu. I learned they have servers who been with them many years, great, but this doesn't always equate to good service. I found it average. But the food...is very good with nice portions and very appetizing presentation. I'm sure this is a "special" place to dine. It did seem a tad expensive to me and I'm not sold on any restaurant in a mall setting. It's worth visiting for sure.More

This was my first visit to Roberto's and it was amazing! I am vegan so going out to eat can always be a challenge. I was able to get the pasta primavera with gluten free noodles and it was delicious! I was pleasantly surprised with...all the flavor in the dish. The flash fried spinach was also so good. The wait staff was great as well. I definitely recommend Roberto's, especially for celebrations.More

This was my first time at this wonderful restaurant. It was the best Chilean Seabass with garlic & mushrooms, that I've ever had. And the white bow tie pasta was cooked and flavored perfectly. Yummy! Nice and cozy on a cold night. I always prefer...round tables especially for 6 people. We were also greeted by the owner, and fun to hear him speak Italian with our friend, and his, Tony V. Nicely decorated for Christmas, loved the portrait of Santa in the dining area we were in. 😊More
