I only went to this establishment for a coffee and to use their WiFi, which is free and very fast. It is a great alternative to the big chain coffee shops. The atmosphere was very pleasant. Coffee drink was excellent, strong and came very fast. It was so much fun that I plan to go back for lunch some day... More

We weren't sure what to expect when we went in but we were pleasantly surprised. I had a chocolate peanut butter iced coffee and it was delicious. My niece had a lavender white mocha that was also amazing. The atmosphere in the shop was just the right amount of coffee shop kitsch. They had comfortable seating and books and magazines... More

The Pony Espresso is a very stimulating place, both visually and in taste!! The iced coffees were fantastic!! The service was great!! We went back the very next day for more coffee and tried the sandwiches. The turkey-avocado on pumpernickel was truly to die for!! This place is so highly recommended on our list!!

We went for brunch--great coffee / tea choices and wonderful quiche. It's a great place to look around for books, literature, and paintings. Small setting.

I LOVE grabbing lunch here, especially the veggie sandwich. Lots of delicious and healthy choices, as well as yummy coffee and tea specialty drinks. The daily specials are a great deal and all prices super reasonable. The place is filled with artwork on display and smells wonderful. Such a fun and relaxing atmosphere. Service is always good and staff always... More

A great place in St. Joseph's downtown! If coffee isn't your thing, they offer a fair selection of other drinks, as well as an inexpensive lunch menu. Pony Espresso also hosts artwork from local artists, and are current participants in St. Joseph's First Saturdays events.

I was a regular at a certain unnamable corporate chain coffee establishment until I tried Cafe Pony Espresso. While the service is a bit slower, the coffee is hands down the clear winner. I've had the opportunity to try several coffee items on their menu, as well as some of their lunchtime soups and sandwiches, each one better than the... More
