Great food great people

You may not find better food or better people. Authentic Louisiana style. It's one of those places that you would eat at every day if you could.

We had a party of 12 on a Saturday night with a wait. We were seated quickly, waiter was great, speedy and jovial. The selection is fairly large, portions are great as well as the prices charged. I will eat there again when in town!

I don't expect much from oysters in the midwest but Boudreaux's delivers. The best gumbo I've ever had - knocks anyone in KC out of the water.

We stopped in for dinner to try Boudreaux's I had a pasta dish with blackened shrimp and thought it was very good. Others in the party didn't like their meals as much as i did, the service wasn't the greatest, my wife's crab cake was under cooked and very dense. Still undecided on whether we'd give it another shot, the... More

A great diverse menu - could go there 20 times and never eat the same thing --- though some things you'd just want to eat over and over again -- like the Gator Appetizers!! Delish -- Great friendly service - fun atmosphere.

I had the grilled chicken wrap with a baked potato which tasted really good. About 90 mins later I had bad diarrhea, not sure if it was the wrap or alligator bite appetizers I shared with co workers. I'll be back though.

The smell was just horrible inside, thought I'd get past it but there was no way. While service was OK it was terribly slow. We ended up being there nearly an hour and a half and would have walked out had we not been guests of family members we seldom see in town. I'd heard nothing but bad things about... More

Our table server was awesome - friendly and courteous - food arrived quickly. Had fried pickels and crab dip for appetizer - everyone wanted more. Ordered a mix of snapper, shrimp, pork shops and kids meals - everyone was very pleased (and stuffed) This is a nice gem in downtown St. Joseph and a nice alternative to all the Belt... More

For St. Joe's, you couldn't hope to find better New Orleans fare. By any standard this is an excellent restaurant for a town the size and demographic of St. Joes. But it isn't Langlois or Fins, and it won't keep you from needing to scratch that particular itch.
