First time in town and looking for a Feb 14th restaurant for dinner and stumbled upon this gem. Variety of entrees so easy to find something for all tastes.
Recommend the spinach queso appetizer. Entrees in group included shrimp enchiladas, carnitas & fish tacos. All were cooked perfectly & tasted good. Generous portions without being excessive.
Friendly & attentive staff. Building is small and set back from the road a little, but don’t let that fool you. Food & experience 1st class & very worth the stop.

Looking for a tasty Mexican dish for lunch or dinner?? Check out Fiesta Azteca in Raytown! This place may not look like much from the outside because the building appears small, but you don’t want to pass up a meal here!
I ordered the pollo con queso which was smothered in the perfect amount of cheese! Other favorite dishes at this delicious hole-in-the-wall included the verde enchiladas and the chicken salad. Fiesta Azteca serves free fresh salsa and warm chips for the table as an appetizer. If you have the chance to order a margarita, I’d recommend that as well!

This former drive-in has become the best spot for authentic Mexican food in eastern Jackson County. Fiesta Azteca has become so popular it has just added a new dining room, as well as a larger kitchen and prep space. It's a busy lunch and dinner spot, and we've made it our go-to weekend takeout favorite.
The Carnitas are the best anywhere -- perfectly tender pork with all the sides. Where else can you find Tortas and Caldos on the same menu? In fact, the menu is delightfully extensive, from beef to chicken to seafood -- breakfast to dinner. There are a dozen varieties of quesadillas, and of course tacos, enchiladas, burritos, fajitas and more; the shredded beef chimichanga alone is worth the trip to Raytown.
All the dishes come from family recipes now in use for three generations. A great dining experience!

The, "Fish Chipotle" is my favorite dish! I go there every Saturday and get the same thing! Love this place, it feels like a real cabana type place! The owner is always there cooking up his magic!

This restaurant has been around for a while in a few different locations. This location is small but don't let the size fool you. It packs a lot of flavor and personality!

How fun to find something so close to home, and be so good. The man that owns it was there and he even waited on us, great guy, The food was very good and we have been back several times

I ordered to go. The beef burrito meal. The waiter was polite, the restaurant was clean, service was fast. The food was good. The restaurant is small and homey.

Went to Fiesta Azteca today for lunch. Wow! What a hidden gem. The food was outstanding. I had the chicken with chipotle cream sauce. Fantastic taste and large portion. Had to take some home for latter. If you a e in the mood for some authentic Mexican go see Andreas at Fiesta Azteca...you won't be disappointed.

This family recently moved into this location & totally transformed it from the restaurant it was before. It had been a walk up/drive in restaurant, & now it's a sit-down cantina. Because of the itty bitty building that it is, there's not a lot of sitting room; the restaurant itself is small. But the family/service is great, & the food delish. We would rather support the local businesses anyway so this is a good place to go when wanting Tex-Mex
