This review is of the restaurant’s branch in the new Modi’in town center (Ma’ar). This branch is called ASAP Burger and is decorated in a kitschy but cute, 1960’s, Che Guevara/Soviet pop theme. Upon entering, I asked the cashier to assist me in ordering, she...told me to use the digital menu board; when I requested her assistance she grudgingly came over to help. After she switched the menu to Hebrew she mumbled a few words she left me to my own devices. The basic meal came consists of a burger, chips and a drink. This is 54 shekels for a 120 gram burger. I ordered a 200 gram burger with the name of an Asian sounding colonel, indicating it came with a topping of coriander leaves, dried onions and a pineapple pancake. I pressed the order button on the menu and ponied up 68 shekels, about $21 USD. After a short wait I was called to pick up my burger. The chips, coin shaped, were excellent and no complaints about the PepsiMax soft drink. The burger bun was fine. There were lettuce, tomato, red onions and pickles for garnish. Ketchup and mayo I had squirted into serving cups on my own. So far so good. After arranging the burger and pineapple pancake to my liking, I was ready for my first bite, having thus far overlooked the lack of juiciness from the burger. The bite let me know there was none to be had. Dry and tasteless, ditto for the pineapple pancake which was pretty short on its main ingredient. A total disaster and an expensive one to boot. Do not go, do not drop $20 dollars.More

We ordered hamburgers- and loved what we recieved! First of all, it came packed in a beautiful way, all arrived fresh, warm, and not soggy. Great meat! Tasty toppings! We all loved the different hamburgers we ordered. First time we order from them, and certainly...not the last!More

Very outstanding and styly bar (more than bar) in Modiin. Very interesting, unusual and tasty food (even hamburgers and pizza). Quick and pleasant service. More than democratic prices. Highly recommended!!!

I chose this restaurant to celebrate my birthday with my best friends. I ordered the John Paul Mara burger and was disgusting, then I ordered the Mac and cheese and it was also disgusting. Also,I ordered a mojito and it was too much vodka for...me because I tasted only the vodka and just a little bit the lemon. But the mashed potato’s balls and the hot chocolate cake with the vanilla ice cream was delicious. In addition, we wanted to seat inside so they placed us really close to the kitchen and the tables are very close to each other so we moved the table a little bit but we felt like we didn’t have privacy. The service was good. Over all the whole experience was very disappointing because of the sitting placed by the writer and the fact that we didn’t have privacy. Furthermore,I was still hungry but I didn’t ordered another thing because I needed to come back home.I really enjoyed with my friends because of the company but I’m really disappointed about the restaurant.More

I am not very crazy for Hamburgers but wanted to try this place out, as it specializes in different styles of hamburgers. It was tasty, although too much stuff, and additions for my taste. I much preffer a good old lettuce tomato and onion burger....They also served waffles for the kids.More

We arrived on a Friday night for supper. The location is in an industrial area, but very pleasant, and with lots of parking. The locale itself is very large, with both indoor and outdoor seating. The menu is interesting, with a tribute to famous revolutionaries....I couldn't really choose one so I went with a regular burger. Overall it was fine, but I think the meat was ground too fine. I didn't really like the bun, either. Maybe the whole experience is too American for me, or maybe I'm just too picky...More

I came with my 20 yr old son. They gave us full attention, ready to take our order the minute we were ready. Offered us a taste of all draft beers, they have a nice selection. I took a special burger, made with champignon mushrooms,...nuts and herbs baked inside thin dough, it was delicious. My son took a 400 gr burger that was excellent too. It was not cheap but it was definitely worth it. Service was exceptional. Thank you.More
