Very poor service. As a matter of fact, I ordered a salad which comes with bread. I asked for gluten-free bread which they said they can give me. The salad was brought, but NO BREAD at all. At the end of the meal, I ordered...coffee which was never brought. I waited 20 minutes I was with my neice and her children. The bill came. Of course, no coffee charged (or brought). I will never go into this restaurant in Modin. The GREGGS in Beit Shemesh has excellent service and is a pleasure. By the way, the high chairs for the baby were either without straps or filthy.More

A group of people from all around the country met together and had dinner. We had previously reserved for 25 people and the tables were perfectly arranged for that. Food was delicious, served on time (a la carte) and service was nice and courteous. Recommended...for future celebrations!More

The food on the quite extensive menu was alright for a cafe. But, the service was tediously slow and rather inattentive.

We ordered a breakfast for two, after waiting some time for the order to be taken. It arrived, as ordered. My wife said there was a strange smell from her eggs and the manager came and tried to convince her that they were fine. When...my wife said she preferred not to take a chance by eating the eggs, the manager just left the eggs on the table and left. No offer to replace them or make some gesture. A lack of customer relations, in our opinion.More

Food is great, service sucks. The AC does not work well in that section, if you are close to the giant glass window during the day you will get a sunburn. other than that - it's a great place. (minus the service that sucks)

Greg is part of a chain of restaurants all with same menu which is lacking variety. The service in Modiin in horrendous. So if you have alot of time, then it's a good place to eat. The food is tasty but the staff a bit...slow -- from seating, to taking orders , bringing water and the food to the table.More

The truth is we have been to this Greg location a couple of times (it is in the mall) but it has never failed to be an absolutely horrible experience. The hostesses are rude, and give you the feeling that they are doing you a...favor that they make the time to seat you. The various wait staff ( from the numerous visits) are incompetent and quick to blame the customer for their mistakes: 1) My daughter ordered a dish and asked if it had eggplant in it (she is allergic). The waitress assured her that it did not, yet when the dish came and eggplant was an ingredient, she told my daughter just to pick out the vegetable. 2)We were seated and after 45 minutes, no one had even come to inquire as to if we were waiting for someone (we left) 3) We sat and ordered salads. The waiter brought us salads, but not what we ordered. When I pointed it out to him, he asked me if I had read the menu and why didn't I know that his question as to type of bread was connected to another salad. These are just some examples. A new Greg opened in Ishparo. We have been there a couple times and there is no comparison. The hostess is always pleasant. The wait staff is helpful and friendly. My friend ordered a dish that she decided she didn't like-- without batting an eyelash, the waiter apologized and took it back and brought her another dish without extra charge. I HIGHLY recommend the Greg in Ishparo !!!!More

I was in the mall with a fiend and he saw cafe greg was emply so he said no wait lets eat here. I warned him that I ate here before and it was horrible - he said everyone deserves a second chance BIG MISTAKE...The service was horrible - plus the manage argued with me again and again To save you time - just don't eat here - mediocre at best food but you get really lousy service but attitude from the wait staff and the manager First time in my life that a manager - following a complaint did not say something like - how can we help, or how we make it better - instead he argued with me over and over I told him that all he had to do was bring me some actually fried eggplant instead of the raw ones I was served and everything would be good Instead - RON - the manager - told me that the eggplant was indeed fried and that he was not replacing them Really not worth anyone's time to continue - simply stay away and never eat here - unless you like attitude, lousy food and managers who do not care about the customerMore

sat there with a colleague for a cup of tea. took them ages to come and take our order. I asked for hot water with lemon (lemon tea with no tea). took them about 20 minutes to tell me they could serve me. when I...asked why (u do have lemon tea on the menu, just put the tea bag on the side and not in my glass) they called the manager. the manager started shouting at me that I cant ask for changes in the menu and if I do she wouldn't know what to charge me. we agreed on charging a glass of lemon tea (as I asked before). other tables were waiting too to be served (and to be yelled at by the manager as I noticed, almost everybody got the special treatment).More
