Dobyn's Dining Room is a part of the Keeter Center which is a part of "Hard Work University" where all of the students work during their college years and graduate debt free. Amazing in itself. The Dobyn's Dining Room is a part of this system. All of the servers are students and all of them are attentive, courteous and professional.... More

The students grow & prepare much of the food served in the restaurant & bakery. They also work in the restaurant serving, bussing tables, hostessing, & seating guests. They also work in the dairy right on campus & make the milk, butter, & ice cream served in restaurant & Creamery. Are you seeing a common theme here? Yes! These students... More

My wife & I decided to try Dobyn's for dinner tonight. What a treat! The service was super, the food was all fresh and good, and the dessert was fabulous. We had heard of this restaurant on the campus of College of the Ozarks, but never took the time to go before (we didn't know what we were missing). All... More

We enjoyed our meal so much, we ate here again during our trip! They have excellent service, excellent food, and the BEST sweet iced tea I've ever had! They even offer gluten free options (including GF bread for the delicious homemade apple butter!) The servers are knowledgeable regarding what gluten free people can and can't have. I ate here with... More

Great food prepared and served by students. In some cases grown by students as well. Had a pulled pork sandwich with excellent coleslaw and sweet potato fries. The biscuits and rolls and apple butter were good as well. Reservations recommended as the restaurant can fill up. If in the Branson area, you want to head over here.

We were here in March and happened upon the prime rib special which was outstanding. This time we were with two other couples and we were all disappointed with the flavor of the food. The service was excellent, the students are exemplary. The appetizers were good, but not outstanding. The ice cream is outstanding.

We have been to Branson many times and just discovered this wonderful gem of a restaurant. We will definitely return and try many different main courses. The fried catfish was amazing, it had the lightest batter and was delicious. Beautiful place and great food.

We travel over 600 miles to celebrate special occasions at Dobyn's. Students prepare and serve the fare and it is fun to see how well they do. Ingredients are from the college farm and fields and the recipes are timeless. the atmosphere is country home pleasant. Tour the hotel rooms to see first class lodgings (first class prices though).

We enjoyed lunch at Dobyns today at our scheduled reservation time of 11:45. Had the flat iron steak special with green beans and roasted poratoes. We also tried the catfish plate with french fries. Both were very good. Our waiter Dale was very attentive.

This place is at the college of the ozarks. It is a wonderful place to visit, so many things to see. If you have time visit the area with all the ww2 artifacts. The food is fantastic. Our waiter was a young man named Jesse, he was great, he went over the specials and explained a lot about the college.... More
