This is not far from our house and is our go to place for a reasonable dinner for our family. The service is fast and friendly. You will not be dissapointed.

Whenever I desire Mexican food, I head to this specific location of El Maguey. Quick, accurate service and great food. I love the fajita taco salad and this location makes it better, in regards to ingredient ratio, than any other location! Highly recommended.
I love authentic Mexican food . This was pretty close ( I was told same owners as Dos for the locals ) the menu was the same the food was not. Well at least not the salsa. It tasted like they started to run out and they needed to add water to make it stretch it really tasted like nothing... More
The bride and I had another wonderful dinner here. She had the California burrito and really enjoyed, just not as much as their shrimp burrito. I had the enchilada especial and really enjoyed the cheese enchilada while the chicken and bean enchiladas were tasty. I was nor impressed with their beef enchilada. Will be back again
They serve good Mexican food. They bring out the warm corn chips and salsa, with the option of adding hotter sauce from the table. Food is good portions for the money and good flavor. Atmosphere is ok but too much like a chain. Good time and good service though.
We used to eat here 12 years ago when it first opened. It was still as good as we remembered. We were lucky to hit it during $3 Margarita Happy Hour. Decent Margaritas and they didn't skimp on the Tequila. The food was as good as we remembered and the service was excellent.
I ordered a burrito and enchilada combination plate. It was bland. Very, very tasteless. The burrito was just unseasoned hamburger meat wrapped in a flour tortilla.
